In the true spirit of "Cutting the C**p" let's call these announcements out for what they really are.
This is the government acknowledging they are worried about the number of people on furlough. They are trying to put the responsibility back onto the employer.
This is the government responding to media and opposition calls for measures about reduction of lockdown when no reduction should be happening.
This is the government trying to appease the masses without knowing what the masses want.
This is a government who has lost control of the narrative of the UK's reaction to the pandemic.

Main Stream Media is no longer trusted by the general public. Hidden agendas and a lack of knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm has led to a breakdown in that relationship.

The Failed Politician is looking to Cut The Crap, to bring interviews and insight that is researched and studied. Politicians and people of influence will be given every opportunity to discuss their policies and points of view - but they will be challenged.

With leading media outlets already using the information uncovered by The Failed Politician to try to hold politicians to account, the level of research is hopefully becoming evident. Many people have asked to see the letter from Sir Simon Stevens, head of the NHS from 17.3.20 saying that NHS had "adequate national supply" of PPE. It also lays out the priorities of the NHS at that time and as I can see, by almost every measure, the Government has implemented all of them so it begs the question, is the failing within the NHS?

Episode 3 and I am not happy that I felt compelled to make this episode. Unfortunately with the information I uncovered it felt too important not to say something.

The NHS is broken, not the amazing Doctors and Nurses and frontline staff, but those behind them, employed to support them. They are failing the NHS and they are failing the patients.

This episode needs to be out there. I am not in a position to look into this with the due care and attention it deserves. Help me get those with the platform to look into this! It's too important

It's very apt that after we get 100 likes/followers that I can introduce our first episode "My Manifesto". This is a declaration to make sure that you can get an understanding of where I'm coming from. Whilst I plan to give everyone a fair an equal chance, it is important that we speak on a human level.
