Remember how it felt the first time you tried something new. Riding a bike, skating, swimming, it’s less intimidating each time you give it a try. You can accomplish it if you consistently practice the skill!

Our Story

My name is Chelsea. I was diagnosed with Selective Mutism when I was 5 years old. I still struggle with anxiety today, but I have learned to manage it. I recently earned my Masters degree in Behavior Analysis and am now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA. My mom and I started a podcast to share our personal experiences with Selective Mutism in an effort to spread awareness and support people whose lives’ are touched by Selective Mutism. Thank you so for listening! It means the world to me.
