🧂 Samin Nosrat’s Salt Fat Acid Heat is my go-to for some new flavor profiles in my kitchen - and I (Tami) LoVeD 🥰 watching the documentary series by the same name on Netflix!! 🔥

We decided to dive deep into cookbooks this week - that’s 641.5 for fans of the Dewey decimal system!

👩🏼‍🍳 There are so many awesome cookbooks out there and we talk about several - Thug Kitchen, The Sioux Chef’s Indigenous Kitchen, Gluten Free in a Shoestring, Sprinkles (and more!) - and a great discussion of how we give and receive cookbooks and how family favorites are passed to the next generation!

Tami picked Taming of the Shrew because 10 Things I Hate About You is a terrific adaptation!
