The courts have released an affidavit of Kayla Montgomery’s statement about what happened to her little stepdaughter. Please be warned before you read any articles that it is extremely graphic. I will not share the details here but I will share the link in my stories for 24 hours.

I am not sure I’ve ever read anything related to a case that effected me this much. I have been weeping.

I weep for her. I weep for those who love her. I weep for those who grew to love her because we knew she deserved better. I weep for a broken system, I weep for the more like her that haven’t been discovered.

MARBLEHEAD, Mass. —
Authorities in Massachusetts say a body that was recently found in Marblehead has been identified as that of a missing Peabody man.
The Essex District Attorney's Office announced Saturday that the state's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed the body was that of 31-year-old Michael Gray, who was reported missing by his family the morning of Dec. 11.

The Peabody Massachusetts police department is requesting the public's assistance in locating 31 year old Michael Gray. Michael contacted Law Enforcement
on December 11, 2022, requesting help after he locked himself out of his vehicle.
The officer and Michael were unable to open the door so he was given a ride to a family members workplace on Main Street and disappeared.
He is believed to be driving a black 2015 Ford Escape with Massachusetts license plate 7AF586.
He was reported missing the next day.

Brown hair shoulder length, usually in a bun
Brown facial hair
Michael has tattoos
6'1" - 6'2"

Robert Hoagland’s missing person case is one that has tugged on my heart strings for years. I was planning on covering it when we come back for season two!

I am genuinely shocked by this outcome- I did not assume that his disappearance was intentional.

Sending lots of prayers and love to all of those he left behind in both versions of his life. His passing undoubtedly leaves more questions than answers for anyone who knew him.

Last week I lost the mother figure of my life and I have spent a lot of time since then considering the insurmountable pain it must cause to be ROBBED of your loved one at the hands of another.

***New Hampshire Conservation Officers are seeking the public’s help locating an overdue hiker.***

Emily Sotelo, 20, was dropped off this morning at Lafayette Place Campground in Franconia, with the intended hiking route of Mount Lafayette, Haystack and Flume.

She is now overdue and any hikers who may have encountered Sotelo along the intended route should notify NH State Police Dispatch at (603)271-1170.

Sotelo is described at 5’3, 115 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown jacket, and exercise pants.

It’s official! Libby’s dedicated sister shared this update this morning after the press conference. It’s been an unimaginably difficult 6 years for the German and Williams families and our hearts are with them as they process this news.

The press conference didn’t reveal many new details, but we can all agree that it’s important evidence is not compromised before his day in court for the best chances at a conviction.

All parties are to be treated as innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. (But damn if he look exactly like the videos and the sketches!!!!)
