Seattle has been an amazing journey. You can see the struggle inside of me manifested around my stomach 🤣. I began with just stretching a little bit and meditating a litle bit every day. That lead me down a path where I would lose over 40 lbs. and a lifetime of hurt and shame. Thank you friends, I am grateful for all the love and support.

I am deeply touched by the outpouring of love and support over my 50th birthday. I received gifts of a different variety this year: gifts of love, kindness, appreciation, joy, and the very best the Universe has to offer.

May you all be blessed for the gift of friendship you have given to me. Not one member of my family reached out to say happy birthday. But you, my chosen family, have come out from the woodwork to make me feel seen, heard and loved.

I only hope I am equal to the task of showing love to you the way you all have shown love to me.

My first "Tradeworker Meal" at the hostel. Every night one volunteer cooks dinner for about 20 staff people. Tonight Francisco made lasagna. And I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
