The property manager has decided to "Tape" an Eviction Letter to my door. I don't even know where to start; let's just say I wasn't even 30 days late with rent when placed. The property manager has never charged late fees in almost 8 years and now claiming I owe late fees and he will be ceasing the property.

1). Is this even legal?
2). Doesn't the property manager have to file an Eviction with the city court?

Does the property manager know the renters rights? Which now leads me to:

Dry rotted balcony.
Mold in lower bathroom (lazy sink fix).
Kitchen sink needs replaced (flooded kitchen, basement & broke my dryer).
Mice issue (personally handling) and birds currently in attic.
Windows need replaced (advised by property owners to use a book), windows fall out of panels.
Smoke detectors outdated (electrical) and hanging; replacing batteries don't correct, of course.
Air circulation is garbage as ducts have never been irrigated.
No insulation, can hear the outside; INSIDE.

I feel at this point this is low key harassment and the property manager has given me PTSD as when I tried to move the property manager refuses to respond to the property managers request via email and phone! I am a single mother and scared my locks will be changed any day now, meaning I can't leave the house to WORK!!! This is the 2nd eviction notice as I paid rent and the application was just pending with payment as I was forced to put all of my rent payments in the payment system for the year and this has now created issues with my financial institution!

Please HELP! I need resources and any assistance will be greatly appreciated!!
