Last April, hubby and me went for a trekking. He did it so effortlessly and I was dying to finish that. That was the moment I decided to become stronger, I realised that I don’t have half of the stamina that a person who is just 2 years elder than me. After that I started doing yoga so seriously ( I joined for the yoga class 7months before this). I started walking morning and evening, did abs exercises every evening, took the diet properly. So after 4 months stared seeing the result. After that I took another step, coz I wanted to do some weight training and I joined gym. Now, i am doing what I never dreamed of.Once I achieved this, I thought of sharing the details to the people who really wanna lose weight. That’s the reason behind my Sweat N’Glow (my YouTube channel). I am planning to explain all the workouts and diet details in the channel. So if you really wanna do something for your body please do check the channel.. and comment me!! 💙❤️
