After 2 weeks of being stranded in Gananoque with engine problems and the unsuccessful attempt to fix it. We've decided to limp back to our marina in Brighton as we will have a dock, vehicle and tools needed to fix it. This decision hasn't been an easy one🤕😭😠😵🥺

Update on our engine issue.
After talking to a few mechanic's about our white smoke, we are leaning towards a blown head gasket 🤕 and we're trying to source one as quickly as possible. On the bright side we are in the thousand islands as we wait for the parts.

We've been living off grid on the boat now for two weeks and the batteries haven't fallen below 80% and usually make it back to 100% every day.
3 100w panels and the 400w wind is doing well with the 540ah battery bank. I will do a video on our setup soon. 😎🔋

Crazy day, started with me replacing the secondary fuel filter and I forgot to turn the fuel back on just then we started to drag anchor ⚓ so I fired up the engine and sucked it dry. I had to quickly bleed the system before we hit a ship wreck (that's right we would have become the second wreck in dead man's bay 😲) We quickly got out of there and had a wicked sail down the south side of Howe Island and we are now anchored just across from Gananoque. I will now replace the primary filter as it's still smoking 🚬😭
