You deserve someone who will protect you at all cost even if it means they have to sacrifice their own happiness. You deserve someone who will choose you over and over again even if sometimes they are on the verge of giving up. You deserve someone who will be there for you especially when everyone else decided to leave. You deserve someone who will cheer you up when things are going downhill. You deserve someone who will love you not just for what you are now but is also willing to embrace your mistakes in the past as well as your imperfections. You deserve someone who is not just willing to make memories but grow old with you until the end. You deserve so much more, so please never ever settle for less. You don't deserve to be an option, you don't deserve to be just a second choice. You deserve way more than you could ever imagine.

To those people who are still healing after a break-up, don't worry, you will get through it just like you did on your first heartbreak. Mahirap lang naman sa simula kasi nawala na yung nakasanayan mo, iniwan ka na nung taong nangakong magiging kasama mo habangbuhay. Iiyak mo lang lahat ng sakit hanggang sa mapagod ka't marealize mong tama na, sobra na at hindi ka na magpapa-control pa sa emosyong dala ng taong piniling makasama ay iba. Sana matutunan mong pakawalan ang mga alaala nya na sakit at hirap lang ang dala. Sana magpakatatag ka at tuluyan nang kalimutan sya. Sana unahin mo ang sarili mo kesa isipin ang mga pangako nyang sa iba na nya piniling tuparin na. Sana unti-unti mong talikuran ang kahit na katiting na nararamdaman mo sa kanya. Sana palayain mo na ang sarili mo mula sa taong nakayanan kang talikuran at piniling sumama sa iba. Hindi naman kailangan na madaliin ang paghilom sa puso, hindi kailangan na may kapalit kagad para makalimot, hindi kailangan na pilitin ang sarili para mag-move on. Moving on is a process, there is no short cut or easy way to forgetting someone who was once a part of your life kasi kapag pinilit mo ang paglimot, babalik-balikan mo ito. Baby steps ika nga, huwag tatambayan at huwag din mamadaliin. Kasi if you get to heal right, you'll be able to love again without any doubts or hesitations. Which is a win-win for you and your new relationship.

LDR man yan or with physical contact, cheating is cheating and you can't justify it. You can't say na kasi daming pagkukulang ni jowa kaya I decided to find someone else who can fulfill all his or her shortcomings. Hindi din pwedeng kasi he or she cheated on me, I want to get even. Or kasi hindi ko na sya mahal at nahihirapan akong bitawan sya kasi ganto-ganyan. There is no valid reason to cheat. If you don't love the person anymore, tell them. If the person has shortcomings, communicate and if it doesn't fix things then call it quits. Sabi nga nila masarap ang bawal pero for sure ienjoy mo lang yan ngayon pero in time you will suffer, in the long run you will reap what you sow. If you are done being with the person, speak up and leave. Some people say na ayaw nilang saktan yun tao kaya they chose to stay while having an affair with someone else, foolish excuse. So porke't unaware yung tao, ibig sabihin nun di yung nakakasakit? If you want to be with multiple partners, then find people who wants to involve themselves in such activity. But once you commit into a monogamous relationship especially those who are married then stick with them through thick and thin. Do not involve yourself sa kahit kanino kasi sinubok kayo ng tadhana. Cheating is a choice, it's a decision, never a mistake, remember that!

We sometimes ignore red flags in a relationship hoping that they will change or that whatever happened won't happen again in the future. We get blinded by how we feel towards the person making us believe that everything is okay and it's only temporary. But then time passes and it gets worse, we then feel that we should have done something in the past to prevent it from happening or at least left them so that we don't have to feel the pain we are feeling now. But love is complicated in so many ways, we keep giving chances because there is that hope that we keep holding on to, hoping that it will get better. But remember, it is never too late to leave, to start anew, to be happy again. If a relationship is abusive and tons of red flags are waving at you, think, think, think. Stop wasting your time with someone you know isn't worth it.

It's normal to push people away after getting hurt, it is your way to guard yourself for possible pain so the tendency is to build higher walls. Overtime, you will realize that some people are just trying to help, to cheer you up and to somehow lighten the load that you are carrying. Then little by little, you will start taking down bricks and will find the joy in getting back out there. It's a process, consider it a lesson. Go out there and fall in love again.

Being rejected in any way can be very overwhelming but one should realize that not everything is within our control. Give yourself a little time to weep, to feel disappointed, to vent out. And when you are ready, pick yourself up and keep chasing what you think you deserve.

There is no time limit on healing. You can take as long as you need to recover from the things that have hurt you. Do not let anyone tell you that you should have moved on by now or you should be over it already. Remember, it's your grief, you got hurt, you made bad choices. That is not their decision to make but yours alone. So take all the time you can and don't get pressured by people who didn't go through any of the pain with you.
