In this video, we will learn about the story of the creation of Adam, the first human and the first prophet sent to humanity.

This story tells how Allah created Adam from dust, then breathed into him of His spirit, and he became a living being.

It also tells the story of how Allah created Eve from Adam's left rib, and how Adam and Eve lived in happiness and tranquility in Paradise, until Adam ate from the tree from which Allah had forbidden him, and he was expelled from Paradise to earth.

This story is full of lessons and lessons that we can learn from in our daily lives.

طريقة عمل الكريم كراميل بطريقة احترافية و سهلة
الكريم كراميل نوع من أنواع الحلويات،يتم عمله من الحليب السائل والبيض بمقدار كبير وقليل من السكر ويخلط جيدا ويترك على جنب ونأتي بمقدار كافي من السكر ونتركه على النار إلى ان يصبح كراميل ويوضع في اطراف القالب ويصب فيه الخليط ثم يوضع في حمام مائي في الفرن، يجب تركه في البراد مدة كافية لحين الاستخدام،ويمكن تزينه بالكريمة
اليكم الطريقة بالتفصيل....

للكراميل:-
1/2 كوب سكر
1/4 كوب ماء

الخطوات :-

اولا لعمل الكراميل
1- نضع السكر والماء وعصير الليمون في وعاء على النار حتى يغلي ويصبح لونه ذهبي
2- نصب الكراميل في وعاء كبير او في قوالب صغيرة ويوزع بكل الاتجاهات .
ثانيا عمل الكاسترد
المكوّنات
3 بيضات
2 ملعقة كبيرة جبن كريم (في درجة حرارة الغرفة)
1 1/2 كوب حليب كامل الدسم
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة معجون فانيليا أو 1 ملعقة صغيرة مستخلص فانيليا
1/4 كوب سكر

اعداد #القطايف المنزلية #الرمضانية خطوة بخطوة
طريقة رهيبة لعمل المنزلية الاقتصادية . ان مكونات القطايف سهلة و اقتصادية و موجودة في كل بيت و لا تحتاج الى مهارة لعملها فقط تفضلي و اكتبي المقادير و اتبعي الخطوات جيدا سوف تبهرين العائلة بطعم خُرافي للقطايف . #العجينة واحدة و الحشوات مختلفة اختاري ما يناسب ميزانيتك . و ما يناسب عائلتك ، طريقتنا اقتصادية خاصة في العزايم الكبيرة .
مقادير العجينة : -
* كوبان من الدقيق الأبيض .
* كوب واحد من السميد .
* ثلاثة أكواب ماء دافئ .
* رشة ملح .
* ملعقتان كبيرتان سكر .
* ملعقتان كبيرتان نشا .
* ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا .
* ملعقة كبيرة بكنج بودر .
* رشة صغيرة كربونة ( بيكربونات ).
* ملعقتان لبن زبادي .
* زيت نباتي و سمنة للقلي .
الطريقة :
* نخلط جميع المكونات الجافة معا .
* نضع المكونات في الخلاط الكهربائي و نضيف اليها الماء الدافئ .يمكن عملها في وعاء و نخفقها جيدا بالمضرب لمدة ربع ساعة . حتى نحصل على عجينة ناعمة و خفيفة .
* نغطيها و نتركها تختمر لمدة لا تقل عن الساعة .
* نجهز مقلاة تيفال و نضعها على نار هادئة لكي تحمى .
* نصب العجينة في المقلاة بواسطة فنجان قهوة .
* عندما تجف و تظهر عليها النتوءات القريبة من بعض و تحمرمن اسفل نرفعها على قطعة قماش .
* نتركها تبرد على القماش و بعد ان تبرد نقلب حبات القطايف كي لا يجف الوجه .
* نحشي حبات القطايف بالحشوة التي تختاريها و تناسبك و تناسب عائلتك و ميزانيتك .
