Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken breast
4 chipotle peppers in adobo
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tbsp cumin
Instructions:
Blend the chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, and cumin until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the chicken in your Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Shred the chicken and serve in tacos, burritos, or bowls!

Left over steak? Here's what to do with it —Instant Pot Beef and Broccoli! 🥩🥦
This is one of my go-to recipes when I’ve got some extra steak lying around. With just a few ingredients, you can throw it all into the Instant Pot(or stove top if you cook a bit longer and lower temp), and in no time, you’ll have a delicious meal that’s perfect over rice.

Instant Pot Beef and Broccoli(left over steak hack)
Ingredients: 2 lbs flank steak(or any left over steak cut thin), 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 4 cloves garlic, 1 head broccoli, 1 tbsp cornstarch.
Instructions: Slice steak and place in Instant Pot with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes. Steam broccoli and mix with beef, thickening the sauce with cornstarch slurry. Serve over rice.

I've got a fantastic new recipe for you that's perfect for busy BJJ practitioners: Pork Carnitas made in a pressure cooker (instant pot). This recipe is quick, easy, and packed with protein to keep you fueled and ready for training.
𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘀
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
3-4 lbs pork shoulder (pork butt)
Juice from 2 oranges
Juice from 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic (anywhere from 4-40 cloves, depending on your preference)
𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Place the pork shoulder in the pressure cooker.
Pour the juice from the oranges and limes over the pork.
Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
Carefully release the pressure and remove the pork.
Shred the pork using two forks.
Sear the shredded pork on the grill, under the broiler, or in a pan until crispy.
Meanwhile, cook down the remaining juice in the pressure cooker to concentrate the flavor, then mix it back into the seared pork.
Healthy(ish) Serving Suggestions:
Carnitas Salad: Top a bed of mixed greens with the pork carnitas, add avocado, cherry tomatoes, and a squeeze of lime for a fresh and nutritious meal.
Lettuce Wraps: Use large lettuce leaves as wraps and fill them with pork carnitas, salsa, and a sprinkle of cheese for a low-carb option.
Quesadillas: Flour tortilla with carnitas, mozzarella, and cotija cheese, a little guac on top, and your high-fat, high-protein dinner is done.
Protein-Packed Tacos: Use your favorite tortillas, add the pork carnitas, some coleslaw(vinegar based), and a dollop of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese for a protein boost.
Carnitas Bowl: Create a balanced bowl with jasmine rice(literally no other options), pork carnitas, sautéed veggies, beans, salsas, and a side of guacamole.
Enjoy this versatile and delicious recipe, and keep your protein intake a priority to support your training!
