PHIBETARHO POSIEDON CHAPTER MOBILE LEGENDS TOURNAMENT FOR A CAUSE SEASON 1 Mobile Legends tournament organized by Phibetarho Poseidon Chapter. The tournament does not only aim to provide fun and e-games experience to Barangay Pio,Model Community ,Palat and other barangay youth but this also intend to fund our upcoming activities such as Feeding program and donation drive. While the extra money that we collect will goes in to our funds.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE, MECHANICS AND RULES
1. The team members must all be residents of Barangay Pio Proper, Model Community,Barangay Palat and other barangay Youth Porac Only.
2. Players below the age of 18 are required to acquire parent's consent to pariticipate.
3. Players must have their own mobile devices. And MUST be accountable for the reliability of their data/wifi connection. Official Committees are not responsible for any issues on connection
4. A team must be composed of at least 5 members who should register prior to the tournament proper. Emergency 6th man do not need to be registered. (Please refer to the registration details below for more information).
5. All teams will be randomized by Challonge.com's system. In the placement of matches, teams in the above spaces are the teams who shall ban and pick first in the draft pick.
6. Best of 3 (Bo3) elimination mechanics shall be used. In the final round, Best of 3 (BO5) shall be used.
7. Teams that are not ready within 15 minutes from the agreed time with their opponents will be considered as “no show” and will be disqualified from the tournament.
8. Teams must show good behavior and sportsmanship to their teammates, to organizers, and to other players. NO TRASHTALKS during the matches. In-game emotes are acceptable.
9. Map hack and other cheating devices and software are strictly prohibited. Teams are encouraged to report the players or teams after the match if they found out to be suspicious for investigation and verification purposes.
10. Pro teams and high-ranking players inside Barangay Pio Proper, Barangay Tokwing and Barangay Palat and other barangay of Porac can also join as long as they qualify the above requirements.
11. All participants must submit their FINAL LIST of members (NO CHANGING OF MEMBERS ONCE SUBMITTED) together with the following:
TEAM NAME
IGN (In Game Name)
ID GAME NO
ANY PROOF OF RESIDENCY (BARANGAY ID, TEL BILL, ELECTRIC/WATER BILL, PHILHEALTH, NBI CLEARANCE, BIRTH CERT OR MARRIAGE IF MARRIED AND ETC)
12. Deadline of submission will be on the 23th of March until midnight.
13. Once registration ends, the official committee will make a post announcing the final teams to compete.

OTHER NOTES AND REMINDERS:
1. Please make sure you have good data connection to play.
2. Consider your matches as a RANKED GAME. STABLE CONNECTION IS A MUST. In case a player gets disconnected from the game for whatever reason, the game will continue and there will be no pauses. Should most of the members get disconnected, they may ask the opposing team for a remake.
3. Teams and players shall only be registered once. Double entries will not be given awards. This form should be filled up by your TEAM CAPTAIN ONLY. You may now proceed.
