Wallah it's never too late to return back to Allāh! Some people, it's sacrificing just 25 minutes out of their 24 hours daily for Allāh is the problem. Start from somewhere, make it consistent. Always go back when you fall. Pray towards it and Allāh will make it easy for you, by His mercy. May Allāh make us steadfast Muslims.
