It's our 3rd birthday! 🎂 Thank you to everyone who's helped make this milestone possible. 💕

Co-founder Franziska shared some of her thoughts about what this day means to us:

"Three years ago, I wrote down my thoughts about all the closed doors I faced working in games and the glacial pace at which the industry (and society) were changing. I concluded by saying:

"'I no longer want to search for my nametag at tables that are already occupied. Instead, I’m bringing my own folding desk and chairs. Why don’t you take a seat with me? There’s a lot to talk about.'

"Founding a studio (even with the best co-founder Lea!) is never easy. The lows are very low, and often quite lonely, but I am so proud of what we have achieved in these last three years. Our folding desk has become an inviting wooden table, with space for everyone who wants to build a fairer and more transparent future for our industry. We’ve had so many eye-opening discussions, challenged the status quo, and held true to our vision. Despite the setbacks and times when I’ve felt in over my head, I can’t help but be proud of all we’ve accomplished."
