Friends, our new podcast episode is not doubt one of the most important ones we have released.

Can you be racist at 40 and not know?

We talk to my friend and therapist Natali who bravely and honestly shares how she became aware of her own bias only later in life (just like myself).

It is a great conversation where we unpack the invisible side of racism that affects all of us, whether we realise it or not. It's not about shame - it's about awareness, growth, and change.

Please take a moment to listen. And if it moves you, share it. These are the conversations that matter. ❤

Our new episode of Life in Black & White podcast will surely resonate with many parents. :) We chat with the lovely Oona Alexander - a parenting specialist known for her gentle, pressure-free approach to navigating challenging behaviour in children.

Oona has helped countless families raise happy kids and feel good about themselves as parents. Her magic? She doesn’t force a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, she listens, adapts to each family’s lifestyle, and supports parents in a way that actually works for them.

We talk about:

❤ Why traditional discipline often backfires
❤ How to handle tricky behaviour without shouting or shame
❤ The power of connection over correction
❤ Practical tips you can try today to create more peace at home

Parents navigating the madness of parenthood - this one’s for you! :)👇

‘It’s just a joke.’

How many times have we heard that when it comes to racist (or sexist) jokes? But here’s the thing—words have power. What some see as ‘harmless banter’ can actually reinforce harmful stereotypes, normalise discrimination, and make people feel unwelcome or unsafe.

In this snippet from our podcast episode “I don’t mean to sound racist, but…” with Adeyemi Oke we unpack why these jokes aren’t as innocent as they seem and why it’s time to start thinking twice before sharing one.

In a world that’s constantly rushing, it’s easy to forget the power of KINDNESS.

Kindness isn’t just a ‘nice thing to do’. It’s the thread that connects us, the bridge that builds understanding, and the balm that heals wounds we might not even realise exist.

When we choose kindness, we’re choosing connection over disconnection, compassion over judgment, and understanding over assumption.

It’s not always easy, but it’s always necessary. ❤️ And it goes a LONG way.

Kindness doesn’t mean you have to be a doormat. It’s about showing up with empathy, respecting your own boundaries, and treating others with the same love and respect you want for yourself.

And here’s the thing: kindness isn’t just for others—it’s something we need to give ourselves too.

That’s right, kindness starts with SELF-COMPASSION.

So let’s make kindness the norm, not the exception. Let’s choose it every day, in big ways and small ways. Because when we show kindness, we not only make the world a better place—we make ourselves better too. 🤗

P.S. We’ve dedicated a few podcast episodes to kindness, including tips on how to raise kind children. ❤️ Check them out now—the link’s in our bio! ;) xx
