Sabi nga ng kantang 🥰🥰🥰

I don't wanna miss a thing 🥰

I could stay awake just to hear you breathing
Watch you smile while you are sleeping
While you're far away and dreaming
I could spend my life in this sweet surrender
I could stay lost in this moment forever
Where a moment spent with you is a moment I treasure

My Second NON STRESS TEST (Check nila kung Stress ka o si baby) 36 Weeks Pregnant by jemliz vlogs

What is a nonstress test (NST)?

A nonstress test (NST or fetal nonstress test) is a pregnancy screening that measures fetal heart rate and reaction to movement. Your pregnancy care provider performs a nonstress test to make sure the fetus is healthy and getting enough oxygen. It’s safe and painless, and gets its name because it puts no stress (nonstress) on you or the fetus.

During an NST, your provider is watching for the fetus’ heart rate as it moves. Just as your heart rate increases when you run, its heart rate should increase when it moves or kicks.

If the fetus’ heart rate doesn’t react to movement or it isn’t moving at all, it doesn’t mean something is wrong. It could mean the fetus doesn’t have enough oxygen, but this isn’t always the case. Your pregnancy care provider uses the results of a nonstress test to decide if they need to order additional testing or if inducing labor is necessary.

What Is a Nonstress Test? A nonstress test monitors an unborn baby's heart rate for 20 to 30 minutes to see if it changes as the fetus moves and during contractions. It is called "nonstress" because doing it places no stress on the fetus.

Why Are Nonstress Tests Done?

A nonstress test (NST) is usually done when a health care provider wants to check on the health of the fetus, such as in a high-risk pregnancy or when the due date has passed.
The test checks to see if the baby responds normally to stimulation and is getting enough oxygen. A baby that doesn't respond isn't necessarily in danger, though more testing might be needed.

What is it used for?

A nonstress test is used to check a baby's heart rate before birth. The test is usually done in the third trimester of pregnancy, most often between weeks 38 and 42.

Why do I need a nonstress test?

Not all pregnant women need a nonstress test. But you may need this test if:

Your baby doesn't seem to be moving as much as usual.

You are overdue.

You have a chronic medical condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, or a clotting disorder.

You had complications in a previous pregnancy.

Your blood is Rh negative, a rare but potentially serious condition that causes your body to make antibodies to your baby's blood.

You are having more than one baby (twins, triplets, or more).
