To make sure all schools, publications, publishers, websites, and media correctly capitalize the letter B when referencing Black people.

The B in Black should always be capitalized to acknowledge the people of the African Diaspora (more than 1 Billion people). By definition, black with a lowercase b is merely a color in a crayon box; Black represents culture and people.
