This year, we have 178 official selections from 30 countries, and there will be 39 nomination categories.

The event dates are May 2nd and 3rd, Thursday and Friday, spanning two days. The venue is located at 4800 Hollywood Blvd., the Barnsdall Gallery Theater.

This year, we are excited to host our event at a beautiful venue on Hollywood Boulevard, which features a 300-seat screening room, a spacious parking lot, and a lovely park. Situated on a hillside, it offers a stunning view of the Hollywood sign.

On May 2nd, there will be panels, screenings of your trailers, and creator Q&A sessions throughout the day.

On May 3rd, from 4 to 6 pm, there will be a red carpet event, including a photo shoot and interviews.

From 6 to 7 pm, there will be a reception with food and drinks. The award show will take place from 7 to 9 pm.

This year, we have 120 selections for series, including short form and long form, as well as shorts and pilots. Additionally, we have 58 Podcasts, totaling 178 official selections from 30 countries.

Experiment 31E is nominated for Best Writing in a Fiction Podcast at the NZ Web Fest, yay! The awards ceremony for NZ will take place on Sunday, November 12th, at 8am New Zealand Time, (which means for people like me who live on the east coast of the United States, the ceremony will be taking place in the afternoon on Saturday). It will be livestreamed on their page NZ Web Fest for anyone who would like to watch it live online.

This season has been an amazing journey, and we hope to be able to continue it. It takes a lot of time and effort to make each episode, so it may be some time before season two is ready.
