"To keep a consistent rhythm on whatever i'm doing and always having a day to rest.
My God has created all things, and then he rested, but not because he was tired, he was enjoying the creation he prepared! So I can also learn from this and enjoy the things I work for."

How are you the best you?

"I am the best me when I remember the very essence of what it means to utilize my energy in this lifetime. There is indeed a purpose in each of us rather than solely being on a floating rock in an endless void of space. We might not be able to control time, but we can control what we do with it. That is when my higher self comes to life which then operates from a space of love through the remembrance of our free will." 🌹

How did you grow?

"I grew as a person through the experiences I had growing up. I didn’t always have a decent life and to now look at each situation with an open mind, life has showed me that I’m always exactly where I need to be. The good and bad experiences the universe brings us, it’s for our growth. The older I got I learned to appreciate the insights that came from those experiences." 🌹

What is a lesson you learned from your failure?

"My failures, or what was once perceived as such, showed me that through our mistakes something always comes to light and that is the very growth of our being. We learn through figuring out, attempt after attempt, through our own frustration, through our impatience, and eventually self acceptance, what we truly are capable of if we continue trying no matter what." 🌹

"I’m passionate about my creative freedom, whether that be writing or painting, because it allows me to construed my thoughts into a story through art. I’m able to manipulate the story and create a plot to my liking for an audience to view and interpret a different or similar belief. To sit with yourself in silence just enough to comprehend who you are and what you are made of is a blessing in disguise. That is where your capabilities come to life if you choose to express it." 🌹

What is your art and brand?

"My art is about spirituality and how it interconnects with ourselves. By understanding our truth, we can then learn a new way of being to evolve. In my paintings you find an energetic spirit meditating above planet earth, another which they are falling back into reality, and one where they are rising between the negative and the positive for balance. I reflect that story in art often; the energetic spirit floating through the cosmos in search for the soul, because I believe that in some way we too are doing the same." 🌹

"Im about acknowledging how our energy can be used for a purpose, and not just to wallow away in junk-full entertainment. Little-by-little Ive learned, and continue to learn, how to become to best version of myself everyday. "I’m the best me when I don’t get in my own way of trying to pursue my dreams and trust myself and my abilities. Sometimes, by caring about people, I care about the wrong people and their opinions, and I have to focus on the opinions of people that matter most to me."

"There’s a person I met this summer and his whole philosophy was going to people that were better than him in a particular area and telling them to rip up his work so that he can make it the best it possibly can be. I’ve tried to adopt this to my own practice."

What is a lesson you learned from your failure?

"I had a teacher last year that said this, “Everyday plan to make mistakes and each time you make a mistake learn from it so that it never has to happen again.” I’ve learned that each time I fail whether others are involved or not, I need to focus on what I can control and try to improve. Also, if you think you’ve learned everything, you have no room to grow, so always stay humble."
