Posted by 🍻 It's been more than 23 years now and there are still some who ask us "Why did you go with a devil logo?" We didn't. It's a gargoyle. (Stone. Gargoyle. Get it?) For centuries, gargoyles have adorned buildings as protectors, keeping out evil spirits. Our gargoyle protects us from cheap ingredients, chemical additives and overall mediocrity - the modern day evil spirits of beer. (It also looks pretty sweet on our packaging, but that's just an added bonus.) What comes to mind when you see the Stone Gargoyle?

We've also fostered relationships with suppliers producing some incredibly high quality ingredients all over the world. With Guide Post, we're bridging the gap by combining our favorite raw ingredients from both here and there!⁠

For the first interpretation of Guide Post, we've constructed a grist bill packed with New England-grown grain, malted in Hadley, MA by our dear friends at . Their grain lays the framework for hand-selected lots of two intensely aromatic hop varieties, Australian Galaxy and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. A delicious homage to our suppliers, Guide Post is available at both breweries today when we open!

I mean, in theory, you’d just stay up all night and beat the thing fair and square, but sometimes you just have to enter Noclip Mode and get past whatever obstacles are holding you back. Sometimes the ends justify the means. Unlimited nectarine, accelerated green melon rind, and a papaya high score. However, this ammo ain’t infinite, so best make moves while you can.

Hopped with German Tettnang, this 5% lager is essentially liquid gold, with beautiful notes of honeysuckle, allspice, light biscuit, and a touch of hazelnut on the nose. Pours bright ocher. Opens with earthy aromas of turmeric countered by tropical fruit and citrus. Lively and tart with notes of makrut lime, yellow curry and fruit loops. Finishes dry, crisp and clean.

Brewed with pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, flaked and malted oats. Dry hopped with motueka and mosaic powder.

Store cold and Levitate will age gracefully for months.

Posted by 🍻 Comic Sans with a Nelson twist! We brewed this special DIPA for our anniversary this year and it was so fun we thought we'd do it again! This beer is brewed with marshmallow fluff, toasted coconut flakes, & milk sugar and, for this batch, dry hopped with the fruity/ever-complex Nelson Sauvin. Powerful coconut/marshmallow candy aromas have us reminiscing about macaroons, samoa cookies, piña colada, and coconut meringue. The body of this beer is sweet yet delicate and lends to shocking drinkability!

TRUTH: Uh-uh!
The truth is, Dogfish Head has been experimenting with tradition-bucking hop schedules since we opened in the mid-90s. From our continual hopping method found in our 60 Minute, 90 Minute and 120 Minute IPAs to our latest innovation, we've been know to zag when everyone else zigs. Liquid Truth Serum is no different, and we've liberated a new truth by adding every single hop to this juicy IPA after the boil is complete. The result is a blissfully inefficient IPA full of citrusy and tropical notes, that's truthfully hoppy without being deceptively bitter ... honest. 🍻
