Clarification of Inter district movement from adarsh gaon bridge to singtam:

In presence of SDM (HQ) Namchi, Temi SHO,
Singtam SHO, Singtam Nagar panchayat president ( Suresh Tamang) Kalyan samaj president ( Indra BDR chettri) and some committee members of kalyan samaj, a helathy discussion was held at indreni bridge where it is clarified that who are allowed to move from adarsh gaon to singtam or singtam to adarsh gaon and who are not allowed and after the discussion SP East also visited adarsh gaon.

Who are allowed?

1) Pharma company employee with proper identity card
2) Hospital employee with identity card
3) bank employee with identity card
4) LPG employee with identity card
5) Power employee with identity card
6) To buy medicine with proper medicial prescription of latest date while returning he/ she should carry medicine.
7) Emergeny medical services
8 ) Shop owner of singtam who have trade license. Only owner or 1 person can go. Need to carry trade license xerox.
9) hawkers license owner only 1 person.
10) People of singtam whose water supply is connected from adarsh gaon.
11) local milk seller only can go till bridge, Buyer of milk from singtam need to come at the middle of indreni bridge to recieve milk.

Who are not allowed?

1) local public of adarsh gaon for unnecessary purposes. (All essential commodities are available at adarsh gaon)
2) to buy medicine without medical prescription.
3) for funeral ( need permission from DC south)
4)For Bank purposes. (Emergency cases allowed after verification)
5)labour working in singtam need to stay in singtam, regular movement not allowed.
6)non essential shop employee like cloth shop, mobile shop need to stay at singtam regular movement not allowed.
7)employee of company like V guard, Titan which are non essential.
8 ) adarsh gaon villager’s Guest from east.

Note: if there is some any other reason which is not mentioned above. If the case is genuine after proper verification then they will be allowed to go.
Exit time is 10am and need to enter adarsh gaon on or before 4pm.

I request everyone to be positive with this decision and stay safe at home. Until and unless there is no any emergency dnt go outside from home.
