RELEASE MAZI NNAMDI KANU AND SEE SPONSORED CRIMINALS IN THE EAST GO INTO OBLIVION - IPOB*

IPOB worldwide condemns the statement credited to the Nigerian Army linking IPOB to the incessant and destructive sit-at-home orders and enforcement in the Southeast. The Army chief, Gen. Lagbaja Taoreed will not claim ignorance of all the previous press releases written by IPOB led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu disassociating ourselves from Simon Ekpa and his criminal sit-at-home enforcers.

For the avoidance of doubt, IPOB is not responsible for Mondays nor failed 7-day and purported 2-week sit-at-home orders and enforcement. The reckless and abusive sit-at-home strategy is from the autopilot group led by Simon Ekpa. We have consistently made it known that Simon Ekpa and his autopilot group are not IPOB members and does not represent Mazi Nnamdi KANU in their violent enforcement of sit-at-home orders.Recently, IPOB members rallied in Lahti City in Finland to demonstrate to the world that Simon Ekpa is not an IPOB member that is why he couldn't come out to identify with the protesters.

IPOB has remained peaceful, and when we the Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra, DOS, initiated a sit-at-home that autopilot hijacked and abused, we never enforced it. Nevertheless, our people volunteerilly complied. Therefore, for the Nigeria Army to associate the reckless sit-at-home enforcement to IPOB is to show that the Nigerian government is using the promoters of violent enforcement of sit-at-home and criminalities in the East to blackmail IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi KANU.

Hence, the Army chief, Gen. Lagbaja Taoreed should not hide under his ethnic bias against Ndigbo and IPOB to unleash terror on our people in the guise of going after sit-at-home enforcers. The government of Bola Ahmed Tinubu should not toe the same line of the past janjaweed government by sponsoring crisis in the East so as to justify murderous military python and crocodile dances. We are not fools to be deceived easily. It is obvious that most of the criminalities and insecurity in the East are sponsored by the Nigeria government targeted at making people perceive the peaceful IPOB agitation as a violent group.

It's on record that some of the arrested so-called unknown gunmen in Imo State were imported criminals. That is why they were never investigated or prosecuted? As a preconceived agenda without investigation, Nigeria Security Agencies tag every crime on IPOB. Nevertheless, we have always surmounted all their accusations and blackmails. The current reckless and violent enforcement of ill-concieved sit-at-home is another sponsored violence to be used against Mazi Nnamdi KANU at the Supreme Court case in September.

General Lagbaja and the government of Nigeria are aware of the man responsible for the violent enforcement of sit-at-home in the East. Why then are they shying away from accussing him? Instead, they prefer to unleash military mayhem on our people in the guise of going after sit-at-home enforcers? They know their camps , so why not visit them there and stop them and stop linking this peaceful IPOB agitation to their criminalities. If they are not behind Simon Ekpa, why haven't they made any official complains against him as a democratic government should? Who are they deceiving? Is it not in public that the Nigeria military and Police usually unleash media war against IPOB anytime we call for one day sit-at-home even when we call for the annual Biafra Hero's Day Celebration. Why are they hiding like ostriches pretending as if they don't know that it was Simon Ekpa's group, not IPOB, who is responsible for the violent enforcement of sit-at-home? They want to destroy IPOB from within Igbo land, but they will fail, and all of the people involved will regret their involvement. The Nigeria government and her compromised security agencies run, but they can't hide from the reality of their atrocities.
We in IPOB oppose every military intervention in the East because they are usually of evil motives. We support them if they arrest the criminals and enforcers of the forceful sit-at-home, but they must do so at their camps. We will not support the government's plan to invade Igbo land because we will continue to protect our innocent fathers, mothers, and youths. The Nigeria Army uses every opportunity to extrajudicially murder Igbo people any time they are deployed to the East. That is why we object to their presence as much as we detest the malicious sit-at-home and violent enforcement from agent provocateurs. we oppose military interventions because it will be used to kill and destroy the livelihood of our people.

The Nigeria military must not use this as a conduit to illegally arrest, detain, and kill innocent Igbo youths, mothers, fathers, and even innocent IPOB members and ESN. IPOB members have no hands in the sit-at-home. We advocate that anyone caught violentlently enforcing the oppressive sit-at-home should be arrested, investigated, and their sponsors brought to book. The Nigerian military should not allow ethnic hatred and biases to becloud their professional ethics.

ESN and IPOB are for our people, and we can not afford to distabelize our land. The Southeast Region is our territory, and we must protect it. The promoters of insecurity are not IPOB members but sponsored agent provocateurs and infiltrators working to derail IPOB and MNK's achievements. Their sponsores fearing that Biafra agitation is gathering global momentum sponsored them to derail the Biafra restoration project. Irrespective of all the attacks, IPOB will not retreat until Biafra is restored. As we fight to free Biafrans from damnable Republic of animal kingdom known as Nigeria, our ESN Operatives have been deployed to fight fulani rapers and kidnappers in our bushes and forests. ESN Operatives has rescued many of our people who were kidnapped without making noise or announcing it. The recent viral video of rescued kidnapped victims from Ebonyi and Enugu State was a tip of the iceburge. This work to protect our people in Biafra Land has been on- going.

If indeed the Nigeria government and her Security Agencies are interested in the peace of the Easthern Region, they should release Mazi Nnamdi KANU unconditionally as pronounced by the Appeal Court of Nigeria in Abuja, and see their sponsored criminal agents using Mazi Nnamdi KANU's detention to perpetrate crime go into oblivion and fade away.

FORCEFUL TAKEOVER OF ORJI COMMUNITY ANCESTORIAL LANDS FOR RUGA SHALL NOT STAND- IPOB.

In a desperate effort by Imo State imposed Supreme Court Governor to please his imposers, Hope Uzodinma administration has taken over some portions of *Orji* Community and Amata community waterside in Owerri Imo State ancestorial lands for creation of Fulani settlement aka RUGA. It's important that Ndigbo should never allow Hope Uzodinma's selfish political interest and desperate second term ambition to mortgage the security and safety of the entire Igbo Land.

To that effect the global global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our prophet and indefatigable liberator Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU condemn the harassment and intimidation of Orji Community and Amata community waterside the murderous Hope Uzodinma and his stooge Commissioner of Lands survey and Physical planning in Imo State, Mr. Nobel Abiaso Atulegwu in the bid to forcefully take their ancestorial lands.

The information at our disposal shows that this murderous and Fulani stooge government in Imo State took over some portions of *Orji Community and Amata community waterside lands in the guise of Industrial Estate but in reality it is for Fulani terrorists masquerading as herdsmen.

Hope Uzodinma and his criminal Commissioner for Lands survey and physical planning are doing the bidding of those who imposed them on Imo State to create insecurity so that the terrorist will have a settlement in Imo State.

Remember, terrorists don't thrive in a peaceful and organized society. The Imo government is a stooge for the fulanization agenda in the Eastern Region. Remember that the Imo vampire sponsored some misguided Imo citizens to Hajj in Mecca this year, which they published on social media. In order to prove his success with the fulanization agenda, those misguided and reprobates published viral videos in their Hajj attires thanking Hope Uzodinma for sponsoring them. But Chukwu Okike disgraced them by one of them being ejected and arrested from the same venue. That is what happens to people who sabotage their own people.

IPOB is not against any religion, but we will resist any form of political, religious, and ethnic conquest in whatever disguise our enemies present it. Imo State administrator and his embecillic government can't take over any community land and hand it over to foreign invaders. It is not only stupid but damnable to the future generations of Ndigbo, therefore will not be tolerated.

Hopeless Uzodinjo and his gang of government tugs should know that Imo State is not his father's estate, so he can not decide to use any part of Imo land to lobby for his selfish political ambition.

No inch of Alaigbo will be taken over by anybody and hand over to Fulani invaders who have taken over Hausa Lands and desperately killed them and displaced the Middle Belt people of Nigeria. IPOB will never allow any of such pretentious land grabbing and conquest to stand in Biafra Land.

We call on people of Orji and Amata, Owerri communities both home and abroad to stand up and resist Hope Uzodinma and his Commissioner who are under pressure to relinquish their community land for any fake Industrial Estate or prepare to fight future wars with the terrorists. Hope Uzodinma government's use of the instrumentality of force to grab community lands for his Fulani political masters has met a brick wall.

Therefore, we tell Fulani groups hiding behind the Hope's government to take over Orji Community land that they have failed. If they have made any financial engagements with Hope Uzodinma's government, they should go back and ask for their money. A leopard never changes its spot. He is a professional scammer and will continue to be that all his life. If they go ahead to occupy Orji Community ancestorial land, ESN will displace them.

Hope Uzodinma and his Commissioner for Lands game to mortgage Imo State for their selfish political interest to fulani in the Eastern region is dead on arrival. IPOB will never allow any RUGA settlement anywhere in the Eastern Region.

*Nothing Like One Week Sit-at-home Order from IPOB; Ignore the Government Agents.*

The Leadership of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, the Directorate Of State, DOS, and the Supreme Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU wish to publicly disassociate IPOB from any purported call for a one week sit-at-home for Biafrans. This clearifications has become necessary because Biafrans have sent inquiries asking if the IPOB leadership has called for a sit-at-home. IPOB is not part of such irresponsible order from government paid agents whose agenda is to redicle the struggle to restore Biafra sovereignty. Therefore, Biafrans should ignore the rabble rousers. There is *NO* sit-at-home scheduled

The purported one week sit-at-home jingle on social media is **NOT* from IPOB.
We are not in the business of issuing irresponsible and non-existent sit-at-home orders. IPOB is a responsible movement and family. Our aims and objectives are to give peace and freedom to our people not to inflict more pain on the pains Nigeria has already inflicted on us. Those who came from the back door are nothing but thieves. Thieves come to rob, kill, and destroy. The agent provocateurs are on the same mission as the Nigeria government and her security agents to keep Alaigbo under security and economic siege while disguising as fighting for the release of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi KANU. How can keeping our people indoors for one week at this harsh economic times in Nigeria liberate our leader or Biafrans from the shackle of this contraption? Our people should start reasoning. As IPOB joins the call for our people who are under threat in Lagos to bring their investments home, some Federal Government Agent's are trying to make Alaigbo unattractive for our people to return. They have failed.

Those piloting IPOB affairs are intellectuals who know when to apply different strategies. We can not indulge in the activities that will impact negatively on our people. Our Leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU can't indulge in anything that will increase our people's suffering. Our people should ignore the useless one week sit-at-home order from agents claiming to be fighting for Biafra freedom. Some of the foot soldiers of these Nigerian Agents in diaspora don't realize that they were being used by enemies of Biafra to suffer Biafrans in order to make Biafra agitation championed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's IPOB unattractive. But their agenda is dead on arrival.

We are not in the business to suffer Biafrans at this harsh economic time in Nigeria. Should IPOB decide to call for sit-at-home, we will communicate it publicly to Biafrans, and it will *not* *exceed one day.* Biafrans will comply with such an order, not the one coming from criminals enforcing sit-at-home by killing our people. If any fool is caught forcing our people to sit-at-home, he should be treated as a criminal that he is.

Therefore , the public should ignore any rumors about a one week sit-at-home in Biafra Land.
Those behind these devilish orders are not IPOB members, and they are not working for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

THE PLANS TO KIDNAP AND ASSASSINATE IPOB PRINCIPAL OFFICERS IN DIASPORA WILL HAVE CONSEQUENCES -IPOB.

The ugly plans to kidnap or assassinate some principal officers in the global family and the movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in diaspora will come with severe consequences.

It's pathetic that some South Eastern politicians will be part of the Nigeria government's plans to kidnap some IPOB leaders from their resident countries and rendition them to Nigeria like they renditioned our leader. Kenya and Nigeria are yet to recover from the political and economic effects of their evil collusion in the kidnap and extraordinary rendition of our leader from Kenya to Nigeria. Those who are part of this evil agenda should be ready for what will befall them. We haven't finished with the Kenyan government over their evil alliance in the kidnap and extraordinary rendition of our leader. Any other country that colludes with the Nigeria government in any illegality against IPOB members should be ready to face IPOB in social resistance and legal battles.

The wicked agenda was uncovered by the IPOB Intelligence Unit M-BRANCH. The individual politicians from the southeast who are part of the plans to kidnap and rendition or assassinate IPOB members in diaspora have been identified. They should be prepared for the downpour that will befall them and their families. Should any IPOB member be kidnaped and renditioned to Nigeria, the identified Eastern polititcians and their families will not be spared. Enough of all the betrayal and wickedness on IPOB members who are paying the price of freedom for all of us.

Although some Igbo politicians refused to support the evil plans but few sellouts went ahead with some Nigeria government agents at the Abuja meeting on the demonic agenda to kidnap or assassinate IPOB leaders in countries where they reside.

If any IPOB member or DOS member is kidnaped or assassinated in diaspora, IPOB will not spare those politicians and their families who were part of the agenda . It shall be tit-for-tat against our swon enemies.

We encourage the Eastern politicians who refused to join in the evil agenda to remain standfast as Biafra freedom is for all of us and not for IPOB members alone. IPOB members are chosen and anointed to fight and pay the price for the freedom of Biafra Nation, and they need encouragement and support from our people, not betrayal.

Moreso, we appreciate those who are working behind the scenes to ensure that Mazi Nnamdi KANU is released from the DSS dungeon. We know you all, and your contributions will not be forgotten. Mazi Nnamdi KANU is the only innocent political prisoner in detention in Nigeria for almost two (2) years. He is being punished for demanding a referendum for Biafra and also for being an Igbo. Mazi Nnamdi KANU has not committed any crime known to any local, national, or international laws, yet he is being detained illegally without charge. Can this injustice be mated out at any leader or any prince from another tribe in Nigeria? How do some so-called Igbo political leaders allow themselves to be used against the freedom of their generations to come because of selfish political interest? After they are used, they will be redicled by their blackmailing masters, and they will finally come back to our people in shame.

We are monitoring those who are part of this cowardice act to kidnap and bring back to Nigeria IPOB members. Both individuals and the countries that will participate in the illegality will have themselves to blame for what will happen. Enough is enough.
