I have a proposal for the city of Pomona for the Pomona police department . As you my know we have not enough officers to effectively patrol secure pomona properly for our jurisdiction . Thus moral within the department has been steadily dropping and what was once a passion is now more like a struggle to wanna go in and man a shift when feeling as if not appreciated . I feel that if we reconfigure the budget for the department and Bought Tesla for the Department it would boost moral and we could reduce the amount of officer involved incidents as there are apps That u an link from phone , tablet , laptop and watches plus it has a large screen in the vehicle and better able to monitor my officers with
Tesla’s are electrical vehicle's witch would save a vast amount on gas used for the units and eco friendly just think we could be the first to start going totally green . Pomona police department has all the tools needed to re become one of the top departments if they had a chief like me ,One has to care for there officers like a cohesive family unit that works together towards a common goal , leaving past transgressions in the past and start a clean slate a new beginning towards a limitless future of possibility’s
I’m hopping you will consider my proposal I m here to be ur asset not a threat help me help u help us help put the City of Pomona on the map for something more than Olive street And 12 street , Be on the map for Being a Police department that cares for its community because truth be told the police department is Olive at and shrikes 12 street we must learn to embrace our differences and better utilize who we are to effectively police our community we are no different other than by day we dawn our Blues and sometimes by Knight we Dolphin Bang and Baby Shark it with the best of them idk how I would of made it as far as I have if not for my mother’s Angela Orozco and Madeline Villalobos and My father Ramon Natividad Ontiveros Jr it’s through them I learned that u can rise above what people think of u and show them who u really are and what ur about and it Officers like Medellin and Castillas that took my orders and helped me that showed me true loyalty and gave me the strength to keep going for my children Jeremy dale Harris and Monique Illa Harris . Even though I’m fighting cancer and trying to get my badge back I still want to see pomona police department succeed because I’m a Sworn Sheriff sir mayor Sandoval but Pomona police department and the FBI were there to pick me up when I was left for dead and out to dry by my department and they gave me new hope new meaning reminded me that I guess I am worthy of being recruited by theFBI to help out on case with Pomona police department Sargent Well I call him Sargent Brown he African America n I for get him name but anyway he keep me in line and helped when needed . Sir I’m just like u I’m in the pursuit of happiness and on a mission to prove to those posh departments hi cuz they all 90210 they ain’t got s**t on my Pomona police department not to say 90210 another bout it but up in here we put in work on a GangGang style if you service ur first year well u made it in life ❤
