Spent my Vesak Day PH with @exiangg and friends at Woodlands Claypot Prawn . Our first time trying SG's 1st Charcoal Claypot Prawn! 🤗 We visited its Woodlands outlet and whoa, the crowd was bustling! 😲 It felt like everyone was there to have Claypot Prawn like us too. I could see why they're so popular because their Claypot Prawn was indeed wholesome. Each claypot consists of 12 to 15 prawns cooked in high heat, resulting in a rich prawn broth. You could also select other ingredients to add to your claypot. We recommend going for Australian Beef Slices, Shabu Pork, White Radish, Quail Eggs, Hokkaido Scallops and Bean Curd Roll. There's a free-flow sauce bar to complement your food too. Hubs swears by the homemade chilli which has a satisfying spicy kick. Stoked to be at BUZUD Healthcare Expo 2024. I've always been supportive of the brand and its vision to reimagine healthcare. My eyes lit up when I stepped into @fook.kin because boy, this place looks fun! Vibrant neon lights, eye-catching wall designs and interesting bird cage lighting. What a vibe! 🥰 And if you're not impressed by the decors, you should be for their food. This #modernchinese cafe is known for their char siew and I could see why. Their char siew is succulent and melts in your mouth. It's mind-blowingly delicious. What was most memorable for me was new dish Sweet & Sour Pork Gems, which appeared along with a mist of dry ice. Happy Birthday to my dearest @exiangg ! Treated the Hubs to Omakase at Hana Restaurant . This restaurant looks like Tsukiji fish market in Japan. So cute! 🥰 We shared the $38+/pax and $58+/pax menu. I thought that Omakase wouldn't be filling but the 16 food items per menu at #hanarestaurantsg filled us up just right. Some of our favourites were the somen, sashimi, grilled mentaiko river prawn, beef tenderloin, truffle chawanmushi and pudding. Happy that the foodie hubby enjoyed his dinner tonight. Today's lunch side dish was these Mickey and Minnie fish nuggets from DoDo Seafood Treats . How cute are they? Love the yummy flavour and the crisp from the orange breadcrumbs. Had a great hair wash using Sodowe_official scalp shampoo, ordered from @ohsocleanbeauty. It's a sulfur scalp shampoo which helps to increase keratin protein in hair. It cleanses and detoxifies my scalp incredibly well, ridding it of impurities, while maintaining moisture in my hair. Checked out The Braised House new outlet at Upper Serangoon Road last week. It's within walking distance from Kovan MRT station! We tried their Braised Pork Belly Bowl and their Braised Chicken Cube Bowl. So fragrant and flavourful! @exiangg loved the chilli provided and paired it greatly with his bowl. The meats were pretty chunky and the portions of both bowls were generous. The chicken cubes were tender and I actually preferred their texture to the pork belly's. Checked out Twyst Pasta at its new outlet at SingPost Centre , and I'm loving the chill, family-friendly vibes there! 🥰 @exiangg went for Pomodoro Pasta, a flavourful tomato seafood pasta topped with fresh mussels and clams as well as crunchy kale. Hubs loved the well-balanced combination of tastes and the generous portions. Mine was Miso Butter Pasta with tender chicken slices and cherry tomatoes. Couldn't get enough of the fragrant and rich miso butter! It made my meal exceptionally yummy. Visited 3SeasonsTea with the Hubs at Chinatown Point last weekend. This newly opened tea joint hails from Chengdu, China and sells seasonal fresh fruit teas. I knew that I wanted to try their Avocado Strawberry Yogurt when I saw the menu. Love the smoothie consistency and the perfect blend of tastes. I intentionally asked for less sugar, which was great because the strawberries were already naturally sweet. There were some aloe vera bits within the drink too. @exiangg went for Zhangping Shuixian Oolong Tea, which was refreshing and fragrant. Got YX's and my dinner covered by AMGD Global last week. So glad that they serve a wide variety of healthy meals curated by a team of dieticians and nutritionists. I used an AMGD pass that provides credits. Many meals on the site are 1 credit each (unless stated otherwise) so with 2 credits, I ordered x2 meals. You could pre-order your meals and set delivery dates and times, with the earliest slot being the next morning. I arranged for my meals to arrive on a night when we don't have time to cook. My meal, Birds of Paradise is high-protein, high-fibre and low-carb. Baked potatoes were delicious and I love the good mix of steamed salmon and baked chicken. YX's meal, So Much Muscle had chunky slices of roast beef and spicy aglio olio pasta. He loves that the meal was well-balanced with dragon fruit and strawberries on the side. You could order your food via an ordering kiosk and wait for collection.
