Proofs are now being checked in Australia and the United States.

We thought we'd share some words from David Holmgren about what Rowe's book, and the crowd support campaign at large, means to him.

Here's David:

"Apart from deep appreciation for the Melliodora team, colleagues, partners and contributors, we would like to thank Rowe for having faith in Melliodora Publishing and Permaculture Principles distribution, rather than choosing more conventional publishing and distribution opportunities.

While all the others promise reaching a wider audience, something very tempting for any committed activist like Rowe certainly is, Melliodora Publishing and Permaculture Principles is the only option for those who want to stand clear of support for Amazon and the other unethical online corporations fighting to control everything we need and want.

In addition, I might say that Mell Pub probably grants more autonomy to its free spirit authors, than any other publisher would.

We still don’t know if our tiny David and Goliath experiment can succeed in getting Rowe and other permaculture authors out to the wider world but I can guarantee that, with some help from our friends, like we have experienced in this DIY crowd funding campaign, we are giving it a damn good go.
