In fact the Youths of Pan-nyok weren't agreed on said news. What we know is that only members of two Bomas were in the meeting and Pan-nyok Payam is comprised of eight Bomas which is very difficult for only two Bomas to make decision of eight Bomas and it was crushed meeting which ignored some scholars ( Researchers) like Cde Molana NOI Akuei Yak.

Molana Noi Akuei Yak was suggested to use the unit of analysis in order to get final decision but people were opposed his idea thereafter, Mr. Akuei left the meeting to Hai-Thoura and that was the ended of the Pan-nyok Payam meeting and if there any other meeting please treat it as private meeting between colleagues.

Dear, Public please! disregard any personal news on his or her wall.

RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN ANNOUNCES MILITARY OPERATION IN UKRAINE

“I have taken the decision to carry out a special military operation. Its goal will be to defend people who for eight years are suffering persecution and genocide by the Kyiv regime. For this we will aim for demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine…

"… as well as taking to court those who carried out multiple bloody crimes against civilians including citizens of the Russian Federation. Our plans do not include occupying Ukrainian territory.

'Calls on Ukrainian soldiers to lay down arms; all “follow these demands will be able to leave the battle zone.”

“Anyone who tries to interfere with us, or even more so, to create threats for our country and our people, must know that Russia’s response will be immediate and will lead you to such consequences as you have never before experienced in your history.”

Book Reviews: Warriors from Abyei in the Liberation of South Sudan.

This book is about four sets of experiences in the liberation struggle of the people of South Sudan covering the period 1965 to 2005. The writer is Francis Mading Deng who has served as diplomat for South Sudan at the UN and authored many publications covering this and related topics. The individuals whose stories are narrated in this volume include one man, three women, and a child of nine years at the time of documented experience. All five individuals hailed from the Ngok Dinka tribe of Abyei which is a province sandwiched between North and South Sudan but is culturally and racially Southern. The theme of the book is rebellion against perceived injustice and the different paths chosen to resist oppression and support the aggrieved people of South Sudan. The man, Pieng Deng Kuol, was a brilliant student of engineering in the University of Khartoum. He established and managed a camp for unaccompanied children that became an internationally acclaimed success, and many were resettled in the United States, Canada, Australia and elsewhere. They became well known worldwide as the Lost Boys (later, Boys and Girls) who, to this day, revere Pieng as their Father and Leader. Pieng went on from there to distinguish himself as a remarkable commander in the military struggle for independence of South Sudan and later as chief of police. Pieng's half-sister Awuor Deng, who was later joined by her sister, also called Awuor, was motivated to join the rebellion by the humiliation she suffered as a Southern Sudanese student in the Junior Secondary School in Khartoum. The third story is that of Nyenagwek Kuol who found herself struggling within the system, but in which she paradoxically found opportunities to serve her people, including by redeeming abducted children and returning them to their families. The fourth story in this compilation tells the same saga from the perspective of a child, Raphael Tikley Abiem, who was driven to rebel by raging anger against injustice, mistreatment and intolerable indignity, by joining the Anya-Nya armed liberation struggle (1955-1972) at the tender age of nine years.
The individual stories are told in the first person in the words of the protagonists with commentary and analysis provided by the author. There are many close encounters with danger and the possibility of sudden death haunts each of the narratives. There is no mistaking whose side the author, Francis Deng is on, but he attempts to understand the general problem of conflict resolution from a political and academic perspective in the final part of the book. The question is, given that differences are sure to arise between neighboring peoples and countries, how to avoid violence and resolve conflicts peacefully. Sudan in recent times has paid a heavy price. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in the history of the modern liberation struggle of South Sudan with a particular emphasis on the human toll.

The deputy governor of Jonglei state Antipas Yok has appealed to the visiting team of the African Union Peace and Security for support in training of 2,500 local youth, gathered from both Jonglei and greater pibor as security forces.
The youths will be deployed to monitor movement of suspected criminals along their common border.
Addressing the team in Bor town this afternoon, Antipas Nyok says this is a temporary measure until the necessary unified forces are graduated and deployed.
The African Union Peace and Security Council, in a meeting in Addis Ababa last month, resolved to undertake a solidarity visit to South Sudan.
The visit coincides with the second anniversary of the formation of the Transitional Government, to encourage the country as it embarks on the end-phase of the transition and starts the process to the post-transition era.

Dear Gov Aleu Ayieny

Please consider postponement of the political Olympics scheduled for 3rd of January 2022 in Turalei, Twic County for the following three(3) simple reasons:

1. Twic Mayardit Community is mourning at this moment. Some of you think that people should celebrate. Some of us want traditional methods of mourning. For instance one can't go attend wedding parties because we are supposed to celebrate.

2. There is been a huge increase in cases of Omicron variant of COVID-19 across the world. Juba is currently back on Lemon and Ginger. The head of COVID-19 Taskforce HE Hussein Ayii Akol was forced to instruct all government agencies to ensure compliance with vaccinations on all their premises. Now, you have invited him as the Guest of Honor. What would stop the spread of COVID-19 cases and possible deaths of our vulnerable rural population??

3. Health & Sanitation: As a person who has organized these events few times, one month before the start of the games, we usually construct public toilets for hundreds of athletes and those who come to watch from other Payams and Counties. Currently, in Turalei, no extra toilets (Pit Latrines) were constructed. Add the fact that floods water is everywhere and Anaam water body surrounding Turalei. What would stop possible outbreaks of cholera and dysentery?? Why risk the lives of our people??

Finally, comrade Gov, what do we, as a people supposed to gain in return for this heightened risk to the lives of our vulnerable rural populace?? Peace and reconciliation? Have we been at war in Twic? Why are you spending so much time in Twic trying to divide a already peaceful Community instead of being in Tonj East and some parts of Tonj North where intercommunal fighting has been raging? That's where you are needed the most??

Yours Sincerely
SGT Agel Ring Machar

The main reason for this second consultative meeting is that we expected all sons of Pan-nyok payam who are aspiring for TMYAD'S leadership to have consensus among themselves before election.

Dear brothers from Pan-Nyok payam ;
1- Eng. Buluk Ngong
2- Economist Aguek Ring Mabil
3- manager Joseph Majok Ayar.
the times of Pan-nyok (TOP) appeal to you all to have consensus of opinions and brotherhoods before election and we expected that second consultative meeting with good outcome.

Dear brothers, leadership of TMYAD is not only Leadership, there are many chances coming ahead to us as Chabok. Don't say that this year is for the people of Pannyok.

Ask yourselves why did other aspiring candidates from other payams declined for you?
All the best in second consultative meeting.

The removal of juba city mayor can reveal blocking of potential young leaders who are striving for the better south Sudan.
Molana Kalisto Lado is able leader which can initiate the better changes to the country as he is beautify juba city, by changing juba city image from local to city image.
We have to correct the people and keep them in their fields which they're fits in.
