Breakbeat Connection would like to thank all of you for your support throughout 2022. We've thoroughly enjoyed helping you bring the freshest, undiluted, cantakerous vibes to the dance; and we're only getting started.

In 2023 we're really going to get into the swing of things, so keep you ears to the ground and you'll get to know what our ever-growing team are about.

First up, the rumble in the undergrowth is AKAS, with "What Ya Say". Turn it up to 11 and batten down the hatches, because this one's a rattler!

Here are a few words from our artist:
I grew up listening to 90's hardcore from pirate radio, which was the catalyst for getting me into making underground music. I got well known for making Drum & Bass, and I have always tried to incorporate some of the 90's heritage into my sound.

After T Minus, I got back into the studio and started to experiment, as I wanted to come up with a fresh, new, energetic style, and 'What Ya Say' was the outcome. Catchy, but also bass-heavy for the club.
