The Webster for instance, not only does it have a fun art deco vibe and a amazing classic car out front. It is also a store! You can go inside and check it out after you get your perfect photo!

💕HIT SAVE! -3 tips to avoid “burn out”because I love you so matcha 🍵💕

Most of the time it feels like we are burning at both ends of the candle. Here are 3 things you can do to avoid burning out!

1. Time blocking- make sure that you carve out time in your day for yourself. Maybe that means joining the 5am club just to enjoy your coffee or taking an hour mid day just for yourself -not to “run an errand”, but to do something you enjoy.

2. Positive outlook- I touch on this yesterday, but it also rings true for today’s topic. Changing your mindset from “I can’t handle this” simply to “I will do my best” is a great way to reduce your stress levels. A lot of things get thrown at us all day long, and you do not have to be a super hero 24/7 just do what you can and put your best foot forward. Besides there is always tomorrow!

3. Unplug and recharge- set a time at the end of the day to “turn off”. If you are an employee your boss doesn’t need you on call 24/7. When you leave work, leave your job and project there. If you are a business owner this can be a little bit harder to do, but if you don’t turn off you will burn out and that won’t be good for you or your employees. If you work from your phone this applies to you too! It’s so important to unplug at the end of the day to recharge yourself. This way you feel refreshed and ready to go the next day!

Let’s get real for a moment, because today my Valentine’s Day series is about creating a positive outlook! TBH if this pandemic has taught us (me) anything it has been that we can not control anything, but we can control our own actions towards our own personal everyday life events. How we react to those moments is where our positivity and gratitude stem from! It can be hard, trust me I know, but start small. Maybe it is as simple as saying “good morning” to someone. Whatever it may be strive to lead a life that makes you happy, a life that is so positive that it becomes contagious! To be completely honest I used to be a person that could not handle things being out of my control, I’m a “fixer” by nature, but I have made steps towards leading a more positive outlook on life. It is something I strive for everyday and I hope my positive vibes come through my feed to you 🥰 🌈 ✨
