In this episode, we are talking to a long time friend and chef with 20 plus years cooking experience in the restaurant industry. Jose has been a mentor and teacher to both of us in our early career as line cooks and continues to be a great friend to us. So we try to dig into his background, his journey into the culinary field, and the early beginnings of his cooking starting all the way back in Mexico as a young teenager.
