⭐️Feed your body. restricting foods can backfire and create a negative relationship with food. Emphasize moderation & balance. Focus on adding foods that are aligned with your goals such as more protein & fiber.
⭐️ when it comes to working out think quantity rather than quality. It’s more beneficial to prioritize building muscle. It increases metabolism, aiding in fat loss, improves overall strength and functional movement, enhances bone density, and can contribute to better posture and injury prevention.
⭐️ Obsessing over the scale during fat loss can be demotivating and misleading. Weight fluctuates due to various factors like water retention, muscle gain, and hormonal changes. Focusing on how you feel, improvements in energy levels, stamina, and overall well-being provides a more accurate measure of progress and promotes a healthier mindset throughout the fat loss journey.
⭐️ Ditch the all-or-nothing mindset. It can lead to extreme behaviors, making it harder to sustain progress. Instead, Practice mindfulness which promotes balance, flexibility, and self-compassion, allowing for gradual, sustainable changes. It helps in developing a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and overall well-being, fostering a more sustainable and enjoyable journey towards fat loss.
