If you’re like most people, COVID had its way with you and never asked for permission. Quarantine life has left everyone examining their life. Anything you ignored problem wise probably got out of control.

If you were eating unhealthy food before, you probably overdid it during quarantine. If you were unhappily married, your issues only magnified. If you were bored with your career, you probably questioned what the heck you’ve been doing with your life.

The thing is, the pandemic magnified everything for everyone.

The holidays are approaching fast. Vacations will be in order. Now is the perfect time to begin thinking about your goals for next year.

Today, I’m published a lesson from Legit Goal Setting, my latest audio course. It helps you gain clarity and direction by teaching you how to identify meaningful goals — no matter what stage of life you’re in.
