Non-Members Interferences with National and International Council Affairs.
In other words, Individuals who are not official members as defined by the AKP Bylaws Structure are strictly prohibited from participating in or influencing any matters related to the council, both at a national and international level. Any unauthorized involvement may result in the individual being denoted as an unrecognized and rebellious member of the Alpha Kappa Rho International Humanitarian Service Fraternity and Sorority Inc. However, if your intention is to seek attention for personal gain, you risk fragmenting the AKP globally, despite its unity and the esteemed status of its leaders and members.

The AKP International Council wishes to inform all members of Alpha Kappa Rho residing outside the Philippines and those planning to go abroad that there are no other groups or names mentioned in the AKP By-Laws, specifically in ARTICLE V SECTION 12, apart from the AKP International Council. Therefore, please promptly seek out the Council in your respective countries under the AKPIC. You may also contact the Officers of AKPIC for guidance regarding the proper leadership structure.

New entries of colors will soon be introduced by the AKP IC International Council.

All Alpha Kappa Rho members are encouraged to register with their respective state councils or chapters affiliated with the International Council. If your state does not have councils or is situated more than two hours from the nearest state council, you may form a council with at least 13 members, including officers, in accordance with Article V, Section 8 of the AKP Constitution and By-Laws.

Additionally, please note that the Alpha Kappa Rho International Council holds exclusive authority to operate outside the Philippines under the AKP By-Laws, as stated in Article V, Section 12.

New International Council Seal!

4.1: GOD
The first sign on the left side of the seal represents the value of Service to God. This value encourages members to lead a life of faith and spirituality and reminds them of the importance of having a strong spiritual foundation in navigating life's challenges.
4.2: COUNTRY
On the right side of the seal, the second sign represents the value of Service to Country. This sign features a glove, which is placed on the Philippine Flag, Sun and Stars. This reflects the organization's commitment to serving the community and the country, reminding members that, as citizens, we have a duty to contribute to the betterment of society.
4.3: FAMILY
The third sign on the lower right represents the value of Service to Family. This value highlights the importance of family relationships and reminds members that family is the foundation of our lives. We must cultivate and nurture these relationships.
4.4: SCHOOL/COMMUNITY
The fourth sign on the lower left represents the value of Service to School/Community, written as "Vincit Omnia Veritas," and features a community logo. This value underscores the importance of education and community involvement, reminding us that we must work together to build strong communities and empower individuals through education.
4.5: FRATERNITY
Finally, at the center of the seal is the official AKP logo, which signifies the core value of Service to Fraternity. The logo is a testament to the bond that members share with each other and the commitment they have to support one another.

Malversation of Public Funds, Property or Private nonprofit organization Funds

Malversation of public funds or private non-profit organizations; Presumption of malversation. - Any public or private organization officer who, by reason of the duties of his office, is accountable for public funds or property, shall appropriate the same or shall take or misappropriate or shall consent, through abandonment or negligence, shall permit any other person to take such Malversation of Public Funds, Property or Private nonprofit organization Funds, wholly or partially, or shall otherwise be guilty of the misappropriation or malversation of such funds or property, shall suffer:

1. The penalty of prision correctional in its medium and maximum periods, if the amount involved in the misappropriation or malversation does not exceed two hundred pesos.

2. The penalty of prision mayor in its minimum and medium periods, if the amount involved is more than two hundred pesos but does not exceed six thousand pesos.

3. The penalty of prision mayor in its maximum period to reclusion temporal in its minimum period, if the amount involved is more than six thousand pesos but is less than twelve thousand pesos.

4. The penalty of reclusion temporal, in its medium and maximum periods, if the amount involved is more than twelve thousand pesos but is less than twenty-two thousand pesos. If the amount exceeds the latter, the penalty shall be reclusion temporal in its maximum period to reclusion perpetua.

In all cases, persons guilty of malversation shall also suffer the penalty of perpetual special disqualification and a fine equal to the amount of the funds malversed or equal to the total value of the property embezzled.

The failure of a public or private organization officer to have duly forthcoming any public funds or property with which he is chargeable, upon demand by any duly authorized officer, shall be prima facie evidence that he has put such missing funds or property to personal use.
