Reading’s Lack of Health Code Fines Raises Questions | North Suburban News | Community News for the Community

There was some concern about the health code fines in Reading, or lack thereof. Local Communities Struggle With Human Trafficking | North Suburban News | Community News for the Community

It's important to note, with Robert Kraft being charged with soliciting prostitution after police said he visited a massage parlor involved in human trafficking, that if he were caught in Massachusetts, Kraft would not have been charged with a crime.
