12.11.25 Torrance, Calif. – Crews are working to remove a car that crashed completely into a Beach Chiropractor building in the 5300 block of Torrance Boulevard early Thursday morning, leaving the structure heavily damaged.

Torrance police and fire personnel responded to the scene. A male was arrested for reasons not yet released. It’s unknown if any injuries were reported.

Commerce, Calif. – A person is recovering after a car went into the rear of a box truck, leaving part of box truck in the windshield of the other involved vehicle. The crash was reported just before midnight in the area of Eastern Avenue and Washington Boulevard.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff and Fire Departments responded to the crash. At least one person was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.

Sheriff deputies remain on scene investigating the cause.

East Los Angeles – A pedestrian was struck and killed Sunday night after being hit by a vehicle, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision was reported around 7:31 p.m. after a vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian, leaving a bumper in the roadway. Los Angeles County Fire Department crews responded.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead, and the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office responded to the location. A evidence tow was requested to the location.

Cleanup crews were called to the scene for debris and biohazard removal. No additional details, including the cause of the crash or the identity of the pedestrian, were immediately released.

12.6.25 6p.m. Malibu, Calif. – Multiple individuals were transported to the hospital following a possible carbon monoxide incident in the area of Escondido Dr and Old Chimney Road. The cause of the incident remains unknown.
Firefighters from the Los Angeles County Fire Department and Health Hazmat responded to the scene. Officials reported that multiple people were transported, but their conditions have not been disclosed. NBC LA reports at least one of those patients were believed to be critical.

North Hollywood, Calif. – An LAPD SWAT team searched rooftops along the 6200 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard sometime before 6 p.m. Saturday after officers responded to an unknown type of radio call.

Multiple people exited an establishment in the area and were detained by officers. K-9 units assisted as search announcements continued.

No additional information was immediately available.

Westmont – A Metro bus allegedly fled the scene of a crash in the area of South Vermont Avenue and Imperial Highway around 10:43 p.m. Friday, according to witnesses.
CHP is handling the investigation. An MTA supervisor responded to the scene, and the bus believed to be involved was No. 206, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.
No to minor injuries were reported.
