OoooooWeeee Cheffers! GhettoChef had an AWESOME TIME & a GREAT MEAL at The Smokey Pit today! This BBQ Beef Rib was so tender I ate it with a plastic fork! The pound cake was homemade delicious! Not only great food, we enjoyed live Jazz Music & this place is filled with classic antiques from the 8-track player to the vintage Juke Box! This is a great spot for a delicious filling meal & a great time!

Summer Meals

Healthy Chicken Mango Salad!!!🥗
Ingredients:
Meat
• 1 lb Chicken breasts
Produce
• 3 cups Arugula, fresh
• 1 Avocado
• 2 Garden cucumbers
• 2/3 cup Grape tomatoes
• 1 Mango
• 1/4 tsp Onion powder
• 1/2 Purple onion, small
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Maple syrup
• 1/4 tsp Mustard, ground dry
Baking & Spices
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp Kosher salt
• 1 tsp Poppy seeds
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
• 3 1/2 tbsp Olive oil

Crack Burgers
Ingredients:

1 lb ground chuck
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 hamburger patties.
Grill the patties to your desired doneness, being careful as the burgers will be very moist. Flip them carefully to avoid breaking.
Serve on your favorite hamburger buns, topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo.

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 7 minutes Total Time: 12 minutes
Servings: 4
