Situation such as these can be anticipated, we know the demand for public transpo.are increasing but its never been the priority of our government to bridge the gap on the lack of public transpo.in Cebu.

Mandaue City is organizing its Mandaue Bike and Pedestrian Count from June 13 to 19, 6 AM- 8 AM and 4 PM-6 PM. The goal of this measure is to generate data that will inform the city government’s mobility planning initiatives.
As of now, the registration for volunteers already reached the maximum number of volunteers.

We are counting cyclists in Mandaue City!

The Mandaue Bike and Pedestrian Count is happening from June 13 to 19, 6 AM- 8 AM and 4 PM-6 PM.

Organized by the Mandaue LGU (Mandaue City Public Information Office) and Mandaue City Bike Lane Network, in partnership with the Mobility Awards and the Cebu Leads Foundation Inc., this initiative aims to generate data that will inform the city government’s mobility planning initiatives.

Cebu Public Commuting Experience in numbers, from South Bus Terminal to City of Naga at 9pm.

Naghuwat mubyahe ang bus : 1hr
Nagpagasolina(CERES Bus) : 15 minutes
Actual Byahe sa Bus : 40 Minutes (partida nani kay walay traffic)
Total: 1 hour and 55 Minutes (almost 2 hours)

Kung nagdali ka, either mag taxi that cost Php.500+ (10x increase/higher than the bus fare) or habal2 but same rate gihapon.

Last April 26, 2022, we have officially conducted the GET Cebu Grand Launch at the Outlets, Pueblo Verde, Lapu-Lapu city. The Outlets is a quality project by Aboitizland Inc with new shopping destination featuring top brands at discounted prices complemented by mix of dining outlets and green open spaces.

During the launching, GET Cebu have introduced its first ever Community Optimized Managed Electric Transport (COMET), with the GET Philippines President, Mr. Freddie Tinga as their guest speaker. This launching is also in coordination with Mr. Dondi Joseph from the Cebu Leads Foundation, Engr. Raul Lucero from the Visayan Electric Company, and Mr. Anton Perdices from the Aboitiz Construction.

Check this video out and have a glimpse of the Community Optimized Managed Electric Transport (COMET) ― a vehicle with the body of a minibus and the engineering of a Formula-E race car. The said vehicle fills in the gap between the inefficient and unreliable public service system, and expensive on-demand car services since it focuses on mass transportation.
