ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ

those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.

اَللّٰھُمَّ اِنِّیْٓ اَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنَ الْھَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْکَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّیْنِ وَغَلَبَۃِ الرِّجَالِ

Narrated Anas bin Malik: "The Prophet used to say, O Allah! I seek refuge with You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being heavily in debt and from being overpowered by (other) men."

’’اے اللہ! میں پناہ چاہتا ہوں تیرے ذریعے سے پریشانی اور غم سے، عاجز ہوجانے اور کاہلی سے، بزدلی اور بخل سے، قرض کے بوجھ اور لوگوں کے تسلط سے۔‘‘
