For six years, building my brand has been my focus.

Yesterday it clicks. I wasn’t going into my bank of expertise, talents, and gifts to seal the brand.

Within the last month, all those years of workshops, private coaching sessions, watching videos and attending conferences, and it GOT IT!!!

Now, the season has come for me to share the ONE thing I overstand and let my light shine.

I am a Healer and Teacher, who rebirth spiritually from a housewife to a confident educator assisting others through a kundalini awakening to reclaim the authentic rights of passage to your higher self.

See ya soon!!!

🎊Remember me.

💜She would hide her scars and then realized she wasn’t allowing her invisible scars to heal.

💪🏾Accepting EYE had to set healthy boundaries and only share what feels comfortable and safe for me shifted my lifestyle.

We tried. I was upset with myself and ashamed. Then I asked myself, “why”? I started my podcast September 2021 and by the end of 2021, crickets. I was not stable mentally, emotionally or physically. I still needed to find home.

Guess what, we will try again.

Story time……Divorce, a Living Death.

🗣️How can anyone be understandable of this feeling, overwhelmed? I didn’t know how to set boundaries with anyone, not even myself. That’s why this scar was so deep. No one could see the death happening inside.

“I am tired God. I am tired”.

💔This is how I felt for years after my divorce not knowing I was a living death on God’s Network for everyone to see the smoke of failure, depression, anxiety, etc.

🥳I started a life of holistic thinking and went to God in prayer and meditation.

💪🏾It took me a few months to be still and focus on how I felt. I acknowledged my hidden emotions, and ask for guidance and strength.

📝I started to set boundaries for myself. I remembered or read scripture, wrote in a journal to focus on my feelings to understand what I was growing through.

💜I remembered God loves me and will help me in times of need and struggle. I allowed my life to become a living death for others to see.

If you have went through a divorce and feel as if your life was a living death, contact me for guest details.

A good first step in understanding, committing to and knowing how to forget trauma is to first recognize that it does not define you.

Trauma is a part of your life story, but it does not have to be your whole story. Taking the time to work through your trauma with a professional can help you to identify the core issues, process the experience, and gain new insights into how to move forward.

Additionally, focusing on self-care and self-compassion can be instrumental in helping you to heal. Creating healthy habits like eating nutritious foods, exercising regularly, and getting adequate sleep can help to keep your body and mind in balance.

Lastly, connecting with a supportive community, be it family, friends, or a support group, can provide encouragement and help you to realize that you are not alone.

🙃Scars, both physical and emotional, can heal with time, love, and self-care.

🕚Physical scars may take longer to heal than emotional ones, but both require a good amount of patience and effort.

❤️‍🩹For physical scars, it is important to keep the wound clean and bandaged to prevent infection and to allow the body to heal itself.

🪞Emotional scars require self-reflection, understanding, and support from others. Learning to forgive and accept can help to heal emotional wounds.

☯️With time, love, and self-care, both physical and emotional scars can heal.

The last month of the year.

The last month of the quarter.

The last.

Things I have learned this last year assisted with my growth in confidence to speak about who I am. Yesterday I shared the platform with someone and she immediately asked, “How can I assist?”

It’s not about how fast you grow, it’s making sure the product and service you are growing sustains during the harsh seasons~Yemaya Ma’ri

Yelp, I am still here. I’m planted, blossoming, and growing into the start of my manifestation season.
