wrote this to myself today as I was going through some tough emotions & I wanted to share because this is how I heal, this is how I keep moving —>

When joys of living are consumed, they are felt by you.

When darkness disrupts the view, you use your light to guide you.

When your dreams come true, the steps to success are led by you.

When life knocks you down but you still continue, you are saved by you.

being in the ocean is so incredibly healing for me.

it brings me calmness, clarity & comfort.

because the water does not resist, it flows.

to be in flow like water is to ride the wave of each experience that life presents without forcing the outcome.

water goes everywhere, it embraces everything.

the flow of water adapts to its surroundings or moves around its obstacles as I must do in life.

it reminds me that life is ever changing & it us up to me to decide if I will try to resist it or if I will find ways to flow with it 💙

~ ~ we had toooo much crazy fun last weekend at the beach & I can’t wait to share some memories but it was also sooo soo good for the soul!! ~ ~

meditation has allowed me to tune into my inner universe, free my mind & create peace within. Whenever I’m feeling stressed or anxious or stuck in my own head, meditation pulls me out of it & returns me to a better sense of balance inside myself. It brings me back home to me… it sets me free✨

& meditating in nature is even better. I get to be one with myself while being one with nature - it’s all connected. happy friends 🌎

living is about owning every part of who you are & striving for greater health in all aspects of life.

there are going to be times when we get lost in our responsibilities, when we don’t take care of our bodies enough, when we fail to resist negative behaviors, when we don’t take time to focus on our mental or emotional health, when we don’t follow through with our passions, when we get persuaded by external pressures, or focus on one area of life excessively, etc but that’s ok. No one is fu***ng perfect. We will never be. But we can find the ways that can help us get closer to a healthier equilibrium 🌗

I want this community/brand to be a safe, fun place where we can all show up free to be ourselves, consistently do the work on ourselves & support each other through all of it.

I feel that the more we learn about ourselves -> the more balance we can create in life-> the more authentically we can live -> the happier we will be.
