New Mexican Restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida 🌴

is a new Mexican restaurant that opened a few months ago and is a must try for sure! Their focus is making you feel like you’re on “la costa” (the coast) with many seafood dishes that even include octopus!

Not only does the menu give coastal vibes, but the decor and ambiance does as well! A few of my favorites were camarón al mojo, la parrillada, a strawberry kiwi mojito, Nutella nachos and so much more!

Vietnamese Restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida 🇻🇳

If you love Vietnamese food is a great spot to check out! N**o is one of my family’s favorite spots to go because it’s tasty and authentic 😋

N**o offers many delicious authentic Vietnamese dishes like pho, bun bo hue, silken tofu, shaken beef, and Bahn Mi’s (which are my favorites in Jax 🤭), and so much more!

Sushi Spot in St. John’s, Florida 🍣

If you haven’t been to I would HIGHLY recommend you to check them out! They have some great sushi and if you don’t believe me, they even won best sushi 2023!

They have a great variety of options from sushi, hibachi, yakisoba noodles, wings and so much more!

Halal Chinese Food in Jacksonville, Florida 🥡

If you’re looking for halal meat options, I found this unique find that was so tasty for you to try! 😋

Halal China Box is a Chinese takeout spot in the beaches area that has a 100% halal menu. I know finding halal spots can be difficult to find at times, which is what made me even more excited to try them out to show y’all a new option! 🥰

They have all your Chinese takeout favorites like lo Mein, fried rice, dumplings, orange chicken, and so much more! Everything was also super delicious and fresh and clean too 🥰

Ramen Spot in Jacksonville, Florida 🍜

With the chilly weather creeping back, .ramen is definitely a spot to satisfy the ramen craving! I was going through some of my favorite photos I took back in November and just had to share them! Like can we take a moment for the spread pic?! 🙌🏼

Modu is a family owned ramen shop in the Baymeadows area that truly cares about taste, quality, and experience! One of my favorite things about Modu is the intimate tables that were actually built by the owner!

They have great ramen options and they also have vegetarian options too! And don’t even get me started on the wings, cause if you’ve been here for a while, you know it was I my 2023 top 10 🤩

All you can eat sushi in Jacksonville, Florida 🍣

All You Can Eat Sushi Lunch Special is so unbelievably good! For only $15.99/ person you can get unlimited sushi, apps, noodles, fried rice, nigiri, temaki and so much more!

Some of my favorites I tried were: beef fried rice, hibachi salmon, Japanese bagel roll, Mexican roll, and Pandan roll. Everything was so flavorful and fresh! Sidenote: their shrimp sauce was really good!

This offer is available everyday (closed Sunday) from 11am-3:30pm. There is also a $0.75/pc waste policy for this offer.

If you can’t make it to their lunch or sushi isn’t your thing, they also have really good authentic Indonesian Dishes like beef rendang, Mie Goreng stir fry noodles, and Indonesian Fried rice!

Brazilian Restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida 🇧🇷

is a Brazilian restaurant and grocery store that is a must try! This has been one of my spots that has the best salgadinhos (fried dough with fillings) and the coffee is out of this world!

**Not to mention, they’re next to the dmv on San Jose which is super convenient! 😍

They started as a small grocery store with few bakery items and pastries and have grown so much since! They recently expanded the store to create a restaurant space to include Brazilian dishes which are to die for 🤤

A few of my favorites were: coxinha, x tudo (Brazilian burger), beef stroganoff, chapa deli (meat platter), and Tropeiro Pork (5th pic) was my all time fav 😍.

Ice Cream Spot in Jacksonville, Florida 🍦

I finally got the opportunity to go to in riverside by 5 points and they did not disappoint! This shop is ran by a young couple that not only loves ice cream but also their community 🥰

Waffle cone has so many options to choose from, but what impressed me the most was their wide selection of Dairy Free Ice Cream! There was so many to choose from which was so cool to see ☺️ I tried the raspberry sorbet and cooked and cream that had a hint of coconut and was delicious!

They currently have some holiday flavors, like candy cane, winter holiday, and Mexican hot chocolate and I can’t pick my favorite one cause they were so good 😅 And their seasonal hot chocolate was sooooo hot and creamy 😍

Little cool fact, they even have a little wall in the back with historic pictures of Jacksonville from the early 1900s!

New Hotpot & Sushi Spot in St. John’s! 🍜

I recently got to try out and I must say, I was impressed! I really liked their hotpot, the broth was very seasoned and has so many toppings on it. They also have sushi, ramen, and so much more!

A few items that I really enjoyed were: Oola mala hotpot, spicy tuna jalapeño poppers, crispy tart, and a special sushi roll we’re working on that you’ll find out about very soon 🤭 (Comment what you think it is!)

Also, don’t skip on the drinks cause they are so good! Their lavender haze was a delicious lavender lemonade, and the Galaxy was a delicious tequila cocktail that sparkles like the Galaxy ✨

They are located in St. John’s/Durbin area and will be open on Thanksgiving!! 🦃

is now offering a Venezuelan breakfast menu that’s so delicious! A few items they will be offering are:

🫓 Arepas with beans, eggs, and bacon

🥓 American Style Plate with egg, bacon, toast and lots of cheese!

Venezuelan Food Truck in Jax, FL 🇻🇪

Did you know that also has a food truck? This is where they actually began, and then decided to pursue the dream of opening a restaurant! It’s a great spot on beach if you want more of an outdoor chill vibe, and of course lots of tasty bites! I tried:

🫓 Arepa Pelua (shredded beef & cheese)
😋 Cachapa Mixta (Venezuelan corn cake w/ cheese, beef, and chicken)
🍔 Tripleta Burger (Venezuelan burger with Ham, American Cheese, Bacon, Egg, Lettuce, Tomato, Sauce, Potato Stick, beef patty, grilled chicken, and smoked pork chop)
**they also have an amazing Piña colada that was one of the best I had! 😍

With so many new faces on here, I thought it was a good time to reintroduce myself! 🥰

My name is Ashley, I’m a local Latina foodie, content creator, and the one behind Social Feeds!

What’s Social Feeds you may ask? Well, it started of as a Social Media Management Agency, but then I converted over and made it a content creation agency for restaurants! (Social stands for social media, and Feeds stands for feeding the feed with great tasty content. Like LITERALLY 🤣)

My journey started 3 years ago when my father bought right before the pandemic. It was a scary time. One day my sister and I started making little “videos” cause we were bored. We had no clue that this was going to save our restaurant from failing.

Business BOOMED after we implemented social media, or what I call “foodie thirst traps” 😂. Once I graduated, it was very clear to me what I wanted: I wanted to help restaurants like my family’s thrive.

Fast forward to 2 years later, I’m so happy Social Feeds has impacted over 50+ restaurants! I love sharing foodie videos bc growing up in Jax, there’s so many good food spots that my dad would take us, but no one had ever talked about them! So I took it upon myself to spread the word to make Jax a little less boring 🤪

I’m proud to say I’m a 1st Gen Latina 🇲🇽/🇨🇱. I’m proud to represent my culture and family, my biggest inspiration. My mom has always told me, “Las mejores cosas en la vida son las más difíciles de súperar ~ The best things in life will be the the hardest to overcome” and boy was she right.
