These are difficult time , more precise it’s a war time. In order to defeat opponent we should plan thoroughly . So here is our plan.
1-Armed yourself
Mask and shields are your armour.There are there to protect you from corona attack. So armed up
2- First line of attack- Let’s be gain the first line of attack .If some virus have been snucked in, it’s time to kill them. Do warm water gargle with salt and take vapors. Because the first place the virus gather are in throat or nasal area
3-Time to strengthen our fort-
Our lungs is our fort where enemy is trying to attack .Perform various yoga such as anlom villan, kapalbhati
A.Diaphragmatic breathing
Diaphragmatic breathing, or “belly breathing,” engages the diaphragm, which is supposed to do most of the heavy lifting when it comes to breathing.(mentioned in the image).
B. Pursed-lips breathing
Pursed-lips breathing can slow down your breathing, reducing the work of breathing by keeping your airways open longer. This makes it easier for the lungs to function and improves the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
4-Stack up the fort- For war one requires lot of resources. Similarly to beat covid out body requires lot of nutrients and vitamins . Time to have some (*Remember too much is also harmful) in the images
