We can see currently on social meadow lot of political agenda are going on . Where everyone is blaming on someone and saying he is responsible. But the question comes is this the time to point fingers? Or it’s the time to be one and find a solution.

It’s easier to cry and complain than fight and that’s what we are doing. We can do this things later when everything is under control. And if you be unbiased you can see that this is everyone’s failure , everyone is responsible for this and because of that we are at such a worse state. Still time is not gone, if we could be one and try to come up with solutions we could surely solve this issue very easily .It’s not a time to panic but a time to take things in our own hand and help each other as much we can

These are difficult time , more precise it’s a war time. In order to defeat opponent we should plan thoroughly . So here is our plan.

1-Armed yourself
Mask and shields are your armour.There are there to protect you from corona attack. So armed up
2- First line of attack- Let’s be gain the first line of attack .If some virus have been snucked in, it’s time to kill them. Do warm water gargle with salt and take vapors. Because the first place the virus gather are in throat or nasal area

3-Time to strengthen our fort-
Our lungs is our fort where enemy is trying to attack .Perform various yoga such as anlom villan, kapalbhati
A.Diaphragmatic breathing
Diaphragmatic breathing, or “belly breathing,” engages the diaphragm, which is supposed to do most of the heavy lifting when it comes to breathing.(mentioned in the image).

B. Pursed-lips breathing
Pursed-lips breathing can slow down your breathing, reducing the work of breathing by keeping your airways open longer. This makes it easier for the lungs to function and improves the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.

4-Stack up the fort- For war one requires lot of resources. Similarly to beat covid out body requires lot of nutrients and vitamins . Time to have some (*Remember too much is also harmful) in the images

The virus is mutating in easy term you can think it as an evolution . As we know that everything involves to protect themselves, similarly covid viruses are mutating in order to protect itself. Some mutation makes virus strong whereas some makes week . We shouldn’t be surprised if we find these viruses to mutate further.Whats in our hand is to break the chain , by taking care of ourself and our dear ones .
1.Maintain social distancing
2. Wear masks
3. Wash your hand regularly
4.Get vaccinated
5. Get use to it and don’t take it lightly
It won’t be wrong In saying is because of us taking things lightly. People assumed its 2020 is over so the covid 19 situation is over.They started to going for parties, picnics.And now we are blaming everything on government.Remember apart from government we are more responsible for this covid situation. It’s easy to blame but difficult to take the responsibility.
