TAKOYAKI | Octopus Balls in Japanese Style | Bento Mom Saya

Today I'll show you how to make Takoyaki balls. Takoyaki is a kind of fried dumpling which contains a diced octopus inside. It's very popular in Japan as a street food and a homemade food. The styles vary depend on place. We chose it in Osaka, Kansai style. It's more tender and watery inside, more crunchy outside than the others. Japanese people often have "Tako-Pa", Takoyaki party for friend gathering. You need a specific grill pan, but the recipe is super easy! Especially, the spinning grill process is so fun. Enjoy making takoyaki with your family and friends! I hope you'll enjoy and love it. Meshiagare!

I made cream puffs in Japanese style topping with cookie dough. The recipe is super easy, but I made a mistake that the dough was too big. I tried it again in a proper way, and finally made it. It is good for family cooking. I hope you'll enjoy and love it. Meshiagare!
