Take a walk on The Wild Side.

Trey Reid and Mark Hedrick met at the boat dock on Lake Maumelle, a few miles west of Little Rock, Arkansas, in February 2001. After a successful day of fishing for prespawn white bass, they’ve been friends for nearly two decades. They started “The Wild Side” on 103.7-KABZ FM, known to most listeners as simply “The Buzz,” to bring informative and entertaining outdoors-related content to the masses. They call their radio show “The Wild Side” to reflect the numerous outdoor activities available outside of the more tame environments of our cities and homes; the name is also a nod to their sometimes irreverent take on the topics they discuss each week.

Tune in live on Little Rock-based 103.7 FM at 7 p.m. Tuesdays, or listen later on Sound Cloud, where past shows are archived, usually within an hour of the live broadcast. If you listen live, give them a call at 501-433-1037 to comment on show topics or ask questions of Trey, Mark and their special guests. Or send them your comments, thoughts and suggestions through Facebook Messenger.
