We’d more drivers abroad as the Irish took on TVKC Festive Cup at PFI. The stand out result was from James Nolan in Juniors who’s the only one to get a top 10, congrats James! And well done to the rest who’d good results throughout the day in challenging conditions.

And that’s the ROTAX Grand finals done for 2025 and it ended with a mega result from Alex Reilly! He gained a whopping 23 positions to finish 5th place, that’s out of 72 best Mini drivers in the world! It didn’t come easy either after having a tough qualifying but all that overtaking during the week paid off. Congrats Alex, team and family.

Over to Junior Max where Ben made the final after some strong heats but it wasn’t plain sailing and neither was the final. After a good start and on the verge of breaking into the top 20, he was taken out. The other driver drove over Ben’s exhaust, hit him in the shoulder and head but he’s ok which is the main thing.

Shoutout to Rory Armstrong who moved up to 7th but got a penalty which sees him finish 15th. Still mega come back after an unfortunate qualifying too which gave Rory plenty of work to do.

Congrats to all of Team Ireland 🇮🇪

Congrats to Alex and Ben on making it to the finals of the Rotax Grand Finals. Huge achievement for the boys, hopefully they can break into the top half of the field in tomorrow finals.
Tough luck then for Reuben and Joseph who unfortunately didn’t make it. Both shown good moments but unfortunately couldn’t get into the top 36.

Shout out to Rory who starts 22nd position.

The final Driver of the day of the 2025 TKC Championship goes to Zack Burke. In my opinion it was a stand out performance on a less than ideal chassis with the damage he picked up the day before. This performance was back up when he went to Spain for IAME IWF where his speed for shown again.

Kiltorcan will host the second round of the Tillotson Euro series in the middle of July. Congrats to the crew behind the circuit, it’ll be the first time in a few years where Ireland hosts an event that could be big. Last one would’ve been T4 nations cup in Whiteriver 5 years ago.

Standard for 2026 being raised, which unfortunately will annoy some people. If I’m to try focus on making more content myself, I’m going to have to cut down on general stuff being shared on the pages.

I also hope it’ll raise the standard of content people are producing.
