When you graduate with a Pharm.D at age 22, and become a director at age 25, it's very difficult to be taken seriously by your staff and colleagues. I had to learn on the job, very fast, about how to deal with conflicts, gossip, romance, poor performance, and heated debates that goes on and on.
Should you listen to this podcast when you already know how to handle your conflicts? Absolutely. In heated situations, logic goes out the door and you'll lose your cool. You'll forget all things that you are supposed to avoid like profanity, name calling, saying the "D-word" which is divorce, or engaging in physical outbursts (throwing objects or punches). Do you get all worked up? Do you feel the need to vent about it even after it's over? If you answered yes, you should listen in on my podcast. The goal is to learn how to handle your fights, professionally and respectfully. By doing so, you won't need an actual girl talk, where you gather your friends and complain about the fight you just had.
You'll be surprised what I can cover in 20-minutes.. click on the link and enjoy the show.
