Been reflecting over the last 2 days. Here’s our discernment:

We fully respect the decision of the religion and its leaders. We won’t insist on a blessing that’s not ready to be given wholeheartedly yet. We will continue to embrace and engage with its teachings, sacraments and inspiration every moment and not spread nor use hate to highlight its imperfections to fight back. Instead, we will continue to walk with our unblemished faith believing that its real source loves us unconditionally.

Because this is what our God and Savior stood for. The God that we believe in and try to emulate, who created and accepted us, who never judged us and whom we have a direct and spiritual relationship with as humans.
