There's a lot of people who have not had the chance to see us over the last couple years. Elvis kept us sane during the pandemic. We are out there playing but probably not going to make it out of Massachusetts this summer so here's an offering for those abroad to give us a listen. It's the music of Elvis mainly the stuff he recorded in Memphis in his post come back years 69 to 76 but there's a lot of other gems here that he made popular at his live shows and then there's a lot of rare blue stuff that he never played live. Actually he never played most of the stuff he recorded in Memphis live at the time I don't think anyone liked it but in retrospect this music is just as good as anything he did in the beginning. He wasn't creating any new material or breaking new ground but he was definitely an American icon. He made a lot of songs popular and a lot of songs that should have been popular were unheard of and that's where we come in. We don't impersonate him we keep the spirit intact and allow it to flow through the music. One thing that stands out about Elvis was his eccentricity and all the mythology that comes into playing his legacy. Anyhow here's a show from Salem Mass a couple weeks ago. Enjoy
