If you’re right, you would defend yourself and set the record straight. Instead, one is hiding from me and the other is keeping quiet like a mouse.
So more skeletons it is. All this is available publicly. You just need to look.
WhatsHalal raised an ICO and an IEO. The trigger to claim my money for the acquisition was with the ICO. That did not happen. They need to pay other things. They promised they will pay soon. I relented. It has been 2 years since the acquisition and I’ve not seen a single cent! From the day we were acquired to the day I left for non payment of salary, I’ve not seen it.
Now if they can treat me like this, what does it mean for those that have invested in the ICO and IEO? Some of them invested their entire life savings!!!
The price of the WhatsHalal Token (WHT) started out at $0.01 and peaked at $0.16. Today it’s worthless. Valuing at $0.0043 those who own the WHT can’t even liquidate it because it’s not available on the Tokenize exchange anymore which is where they were supposed to trade.
Other than currency exchange, you could hold them and it was supposed to be available as a payment option in the app. This didn’t happen. Mainly because they killed off the delivery service and abandoned the consumer services altogether to focus on the Halal certification system ATEMs.
However, when they launched ATEMs last year and raising an undisclosed amount in January 2020 to reach a valuation of $4.5m, when CB happened, they claimed their revenue has been affected and clients cancelled contracts and therefore no one wanted to apply or renew certifications with them. Yet all 9 WhatsHalal companies are still Live today.
During the pandemic, food delivery services boomed. And non-Halal restaurants started applying for certification because their footfall has dropped and applying for Halal certification would open up to a different market and new revenue streams. On both counts WhatsHalal did not double down despite having the technology to do it.
Instead, they created OurPasar Essentials and gave their focus solely on this. Does the revenue in this venture go back to WhatsHalal? No, otherwise we would have received payments. However payments stopped for more than a year already. Only the Indonesian development team were paid out in full while others in Malaysia, Australia and Singapore have yet to receive their full salaries, some as long as 8 unpaid months. All this happening and the CEO driving his Lexus taking care of himself first. Think about it? If you don’t have revenue how do you pay for the lease of a Lexus?
Now back to the investors. Some put in their entire life savings. 5 digit sums. Where is the hundreds of thousands of dollars raised during the ICO? Where is the $2.8m raised during the IEO? Where is the undisclosed amount that raised their valuation to $4.5m at negative revenue?
You know what to do. O$P$. Tick Tock your time is up!
