One of our jobs as Christians is to spread the love and peace of God into this dark and hurting world. I'm hurting, but so are you, and so is he! It's not hypocritical to try and smile through if we can make someone's day.

We can't be so selfish to think that others should come and heal us first before we can heal someone. The healing needs to begin somewhere, if not you then who?

Imagine lambs dancing in a field, they don't have to worry about anything. When Jesus is our good Shepherd, we will lack nothing (Psalm 23). Everything we need he will give, when you hurt so bad that words cannot describe, He hears your tears.

Let Jesus be your healing today. Let him teach you how to love again, how to laugh again. Let him show you the peace that passes all understanding, the peace that only comes from God.

Whatever happens, wherever you are, you are not alone. Elijah thought he was alone and was depressed (1 Kings 19:10), but God reminded him that he is not alone.

"Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." Isaiah 41:10

In a world where everything is exciting and fast paced and everyone has new ideas every week. Nothing will take you further than a boring, old fashioned routine. There's two benefits to this:

1. The consistency will bring to light that nothing else can. Pray everyday, eat at the same time, sleep at the same time. There's too much excitement in the world already, try to avoid as much as you can.
2. When you already know when you'll eat, what you'll wear and where you'll go next, you can spend your energy on bigger things that matter. Don't get caught up in every little detail and wear yourself out.

Imagine this, having a routine and being boring is looked down upon. People say it's, well, boring. But coincidentally it is what will heal you. And with our knowledge that our desires have been perverted after sin, this routine must be God's idea: To stay faithful to one thing!

It’s okay to not be okay. Remember, tough times don’t last, but tough people do. Just because you fall, doesn't mean you're done. Just because you reached the top doesn't mean it's over. Success comes in realizing the importance of the journey over the destination, people over projects.

The road to success is not always easy, but it's worth it.

If you spend 100 hours per year on something, it's said that you'll be in the top 10 of people. That is just 18 minutes per day!! We don't realize the power of a minute a day, it doesn't matter what you do, as long as you do something -- this is called perseverance.

I'm gonna do it 😁 if you don't want me leaving you in the dust i recommend you also start today 😏 lets rise to the top together 🥳🥳

Why else would God create plants, birds, fishes, animals, etc. before creating Adam? If God didn't mean for Adam to enjoy and admire them? The world created work and distractions so we won't have time to truly enjoy God's gift to us.

God wants us to be happy, smiling! He wants to go on a date with us which is why He made the Sabbath holy! Make some time for God, spend some time with him today! Say, "Thank you God! For being amazing!" I'm sure He'll appreciate it 🤗

You may feel happy or sad, excited or depressed, and that's just a feeling. You can indulge your feelings, or learn to control them.

Did you know, the physical action of smiling can uplift your mood? It's because as you do, so you feel. If you feel sad but stand up and walk outside anyways, that sad feeling will be gone because, feelings change.

So I encourage you this, whenever you feel any negative feeling coming, fight it with action, do some pushups, hit the gym, do something. Don't let your body enslave you. Be strong! Stay strong! You got this!

How would Satan divide today's family? The same way he divided the first family - keeping Eve too occupied with her chores to realize that she have left the home, and making Adam simp for her so much that he forgets his allegiance to God.

Is the Biblical advice that God gave to our first parents, only cultural? Or does it transcend time and culture enough to mean something to us today? (Gen 3:16-19)

In a world where the right is wrong, and the bad is ok, how can we know what's right? And how much good is enough?

Have you struggled with your devotional life? Maybe it's because you thought it's something we have to do daily, read a passage or something.

This is not an assignment - no where did Jesus say you had to read through this and then that.

Go through the Bible, and read the part that speaks to you. If there's one book or one chapter you love, read that over! Maybe God is trying to tell you something.

Don't feel bad for skipping passages. If you skipped 5 but read 1, that's better than procrastinating on reading at all. Do what works for you!

Here's my idea: When you're driving or washing dishes, open the Bible app and have it read to you. I love the stories especially, you could start from the book of Joshua if you want, the stories are quite interesting.

Jesus is the greatest hero who ever lived. He was buried, not because He was weak, but because He was so strong that He went inside the mouth of the dragon and came out alive.

A hero who fought and won is great, but a hero who was eaten, who then killed the dragon from the inside and then came out alive is greater.

It also makes for an epic story!

Jesus destroyed the vital organs of Evil and Sin, ensuring that it will never rise again. This is why when He said, "It is finished" (John 19:30) Jesus was celebrating.

I'm telling you this because the next time you look at the cross and think of what Jesus did for us, I want you to rejoice and thank Jesus for His victory on our behalf.

Have you ever said or done something and you know you did it horribly? Like mumbled or stumbles the whole way through? And still somehow you were understood or your work accepted? That is not you, but God working through you. I am humbled to learn that though I may never be perfect, God’s grace is sufficient for me, and His power is made perfect in my weakness. 2 Cor 12:9
