Arts and crafts hacks:
1) Place Press and Seal on the surface space the kids are going to paint. When they're finished, it makes for the easiest clean-up.
2) Glitter is beautiful but messy! Using a lint roller makes clean-up quick and easy!
3) Can't seem to find the lid to the yellow marker? Simply tape all lids together and never worry about missing marker lids again.

What an easy and fun craft to do 🪻🌿! We really took in our surroundings as we did our walk today. We saw beautiful yellow birds 🐤, bright pink flowers 🌸, and all kinds of green 💚. It was a great opportunity to talk about colors, shapes and textures.

The rain 🌧️has arrived which means we will all be spending a lot of time indoors. Here are some activities of things to do to keep the kiddos entertained and the parents sane 😆. What are some activities you like to do when it's raining?

1) Check out your local Home Depot tomorrow. Yes, you read that correctly. The first Saturday of each month Home Depot puts together free workshops for kids. No age requirement. This Saturday they are doing a workshop for a butterfly house🦋. Be sure to check online that there is still space available.

2) Get in the kitchen, embrace the mess, and bake something with the kiddos🍪🧁! I know it can get messy but it's also pretty fun cooking with our kids. 4) Board games. Nothing beats a game of Sorry, Apples to Apples, Checkers, or Connect Four. Whatever your favorite game is, a rainy day is a great reason to bust them out and get playing. Don't forget the popcorn 🍿!

5) Good ol' fashion movie night🎥 . What's better than hanging out on the couch, watching your favorite movies, and snuggling?! Not much.
